We came to pour behavior today and it was great. Our server Lucy was great. We only sat a minute or two before she came. She was attentive, polite and consistent. Her recommendations were great. We started with the fried pickle appetizer and those were really good and fresh. I had the filet mignon and lobster. The filet mignon was a lil over cooked but it was still really good. My girl had the lemon butter salmon and Brussels sprouts and she loved it. There wasnāt a long wait on our food either. The manager also came and checked on us. We came Friday and have eaten at four other locations. This is easily the best one weāve been to. Weāre coming back tomorrow before we leave. The drinks were good also. You could taste the liquor.lol we had great food, great service and a really good time here. And I love how the staff were constantly cleaning. Great place for date nights and get togethers.

We had a terrible experience with the manager here. We paid for a $25 vape that we never received, and instead of helping us with a refund, the manager got defensive and kicked us out. He even accused us of treating the staff poorly, which was completely untrueāhe was the one being rude from the start. He stood right next to us while we waited for our car and told us he wanted us out of āhisā building, which was incredibly unprofessional.
On the positive side, the waitress and security were both greatāvery kind and professional. Unfortunately, the managerās attitude completely ruined what should have been a good experience. I will never be returning.

Downtown can be a headache when trying to find parking but Pour Behavior has convenient VIP parking. Itās $10 to have your car parked in a nearby garage or $20 to have it parked in the lot in front of the restaurant.
We had a 1 oāclock reservation and by the time I arrived, my friend had not showed up yet. I let the hostess know that I was waiting for someone and she promptly sat me down at a table. I do not like the sofa seating against the window!! Iām used to having a table meet me halfway when Iām eating. This table is low to the ground like a coffee table. I had to hold my bowl of food and eat or either leave it on the table and bend over. Not the most comfortable!
The music here is extremely loud! So, if you are looking for an intimate place where you can talk to your partner, this is not the place to come unless you want to scream at the person sitting next to you.
However, some of the things that went goodā¦ We ordered the Texas size nachos and the brunch bowl; both were very good. When they said Texas sized, they werenāt lying! For the price you pay, you definitely get your moneys worth.
We had a very nice waitress named Chloe who was very attentive. She kept coming back checking on us every chance she got.
We also had someone come and take our picture who later returned with 3 printed out photos; a small one with the restaurant name printed on it (free); a black-and-white photo ($20); and a color photo($20).
The restaurant is very beautiful; IG worthy. A lot of photo ops.
Something you should knowā¦ The gratuity is already included. So, when they bring the POS, donāt get confused like me, lol!

My recent brunch visit to Pour Behavior in Houston was a letdown, largely due to the rude and unenthusiastic behavior of a short woman working as a hostess. From the moment we arrived, she set a negative tone with no greeting, just a bored stare and a curt, āReservation?ā When we said we didnāt have one, she sighed heavily and informed us that seating required bottle serviceāa steep minimum spend for a group of just wanting brunch. When we asked if we could simply order food and drinks, she snapped, āThatās not how it works,ā with an eye-roll that made us feel like an inconvenience. Her dismissive attitude and insistence on an expensive bottle purchase felt like a pressure tactic, not hospitality, and it soured the experience before we even sat down.

When my party of 10 arrived, the hostess (short with black hair) immediately rolled her eyes at us as soon as we mentioned our group size. The restaurant was empty, yet she still acted inconvenienced and dismissive. Instead of welcoming us, she made a sarcastic comment about seating us with two bottles. Her rude attitude and unprofessional demeanor completely ruined the experience before it even started. If she had treated us with basic courtesy, we would have gladly stayed, but her behavior made it clear our business wasnāt valued.

Pour behavior is definitely a vibe. I like it here a lot. Food prices are very reasonable. You can turn up in here and the facility is enormous. Cute decorations and a large menu.

The atmosphere and service were amazing. The vibe is everything. The food needed something. We ordered the appetizer sampler and avocado toast. The food was a bit disappointing but you go to places like this for drinks and atmosphere. I would go back to watch sports and have drinks.
