If I could give a zero star for the service, I would. The staff today was somehow defensive while I was trying to tell her how to customize my order. I finally declined being served because I would rather have someone who respects clients to serve my food. There are thousands of açaí places in Houston and good customer service is what keeps customers. ?

I am surprised this location is still in business. It always seems to have issues with its machines, where you end up leaving disappointed. I’ve been trying to get a smoothie bowl from them for months, but I will have to find a new place to go altogether

This location seems to always have some type of issue, with their equipment, POS, or delivery service. I was looking forward to something cold and refreshing after I dropped off my Uber passenger . Nope, POS was down. I asked the guy since I have VIP rewards anyway to take my phone number or rewards number, then enter the info. Once the system is up, he said no. Previous 2 times, I went to get an Acai bowl, nope, machines down!! Prior to the above, I stopped in for juice. The guy working was on the phone for the longest time, to what appeared to be an urgent call. Once he apologized and stated his driver had a roadside issue. Which, I understood, being as I am a driver. He then offers me a complementary juice for waiting. Which I greatly appreciate!

Depending on who is working, will determine the açaí bowl you received. My first time coming here i had an amazing girl give me an actual bowl worth twelve dollars. Second time I go there is a dude working that gives me ONE scoop of everything and when i ask for extra strawberries he then give me the worst scoop i could ever imagine with a total istg 5 piece. then charged me an extra 50 cents for THAT, even tho it was the only two fruits i had in my bowl. he was also acting annoyed that i asked for the food i wanted. (1st bowl is the first time 2nd bowl is the guy) like what

The açaí bowl was ok… the only thing. I didn’t like was that the banana was sooo green, was not really at all. Should be serving riper bananas in my opinion

If zero was an option I would go negative 0. After reading reviews and coming back from a nice trip I decided to do a juice cleanse. I decided to start with the one day cleanse but instead of ordering online I drove to my nearest location. Unfortunately I was greeted with attitude and harsh communication. So something I was excited to try was quickly ruined by someone else’s ability to be a decent, kind human being. I did not get her name as I was thrown back by the interaction but I was there today Sunday February 25th @ 4:15 pm. Lucky for me I live close to a Juiceland location, upon arrival I was greeted with a huge smile and friendly interaction with the staff.Although I was unable to try Pressed Juicery actual juices, the custom service was enough for me to never return.
