We went there for a work dinner. We had many delicious vegetables, sushi, and the bone marrow! We all enjoyed the food. However, I think an item we requested to be vegan was not. The confirmed that it was, but it looked like it was topped with milk ingredients.
Really liked the design of the restaurant. We sat in front of the live fire which was entertaining. Everything I would recommend - the only thing was our server. She seemed bothered when we asked about things. Long wait times and not very attentive. Plus, I didn’t say anything, but her sleeve went in my food. The service could have been better, but great concept.

If you haven't tried the chocolate cheesecake, you are denying yourself a slice of heaven on earth! How do I give 6 stars?!

Prime delivered a memorable evening, starting with what may have been the largest bone marrow presentation I’ve ever seen. It was beautifully prepared, and very rich — and my hubby absolutely loved it.
For a steakhouse, the sushi and sashimi selection was surprisingly solid. While not the highlight of the evening, it was certainly satisfactory and thoughtfully executed — a nice complement to the entrées.
The Wagyu steak arrived slightly more cooked than requested, but it still delivered on flavor and tenderness.
And a special note on the shishito peppers — they actually had a kick. Not the mild heat you sometimes get, but a noticeable spice that added a fun surprise. PS I'm Caribbean so this is very relative.
Overall, Prime offered a strong dining experience with a few standout moments (that bone marrow!) and a few small opportunities for refinement. Worth a visit. The staff is very attentive and kind.

We chose this restaurant for Valentine’s Day and were really excited to try the menu, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The Valentine’s Day menu was $131 per person with no option to order from the regular menu. The selections were extremely limited, and no substitutions or additions were allowed. I have a seafood allergy, and all of the starters contained seafood. When I informed our waitress, the only alternative offered was bread for an additional $10, which was frustrating given the fixed price.
The steak portion was very small and did not meet expectations for the price. When we decided to ask for the check, we were initially charged $298 even though we had only eaten the salads. After speaking with the manager, he was understanding and removed the untouched entrées and dessert from the bill, which we appreciated.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion, and not worth the cost.

Highly disappointing. We made reservations for Valentine’s Day, and we made them far in advance in anticipation of the holiday. When we got there we were informed it was a prix fixe menu for $131pp. The options were limited, and we weren’t able to order off the normal menu. I got the filet, which was a nice cut of meat, but overcooked and bland. My husband enjoyed his wagyu skirt steak. Both the desserts we got were premade and underwhelming at best. I couldn’t believe the cost they were asking for this meal, the apps we chose and the along with our entrees should have cost no more than $80pp (generously) if you look at their normal menu. It was quite a rip off. For that cost, I expected much, much more. They didn’t even bother to decorate for valentines or add any special touches like a welcome drink or anything. It was our first time there and we won’t be back.
we usually really like the restaurant and it's food but Valentine's Day date was disappointing. I made reservations weeks in advance and wanted to see if specifications/modifications were available. I called twice and left a message. No one answered during business hours or returned my call. Upon arrival, we were seated at an awkward table when plenty of room looked available. We requested to be moved, and the wait staff graciously accommodated the request. The largest complaint is the preset menu. We were looking forward to the normal menu for our rare night out, and the set menu (which was not advertised when I made reservations) did not include what we would have ordered and was quite more expensive than our normal order. This inflated the gratuity. The waitstaff did a good job and we tipped per usual as well as we didn't want the staff to receive brunt of our disappoinment.
Good spot for steak. The sushi was flavorful and fresh. The filet was really good and seeing the open kitchen and fire adds to the experience. The loaded Mac and cheese was quite tasty and highly recommend it. Service by the waiter was good but it took forever to get our bar drinks so that was disappointing.

The fixed menu was a buzz kill and didn't have what we would normally get. Food outlined on the fixed menu was not great or worth the money. Sad we went to prime 131 for the last valentines day with a great experience. This year was so bad we won't be going back.
