Where do I begin? Never thought I'd have an Outback Steakhouse experience at a Berg restaurant. Eventually one of the two managers rectified, while one was an absolute waste of space (bad birdie polo under jacket). If you order sushi, be prepared to watch it sit under a lamp for 30 minutes before serving to you. In fairness, the other floor manager was very helpful and understanding of our horrible experience. Bad birdie polo man should be fired. Also, when you order your first drink, you should order at least 3 at once unless you want to wait 45 minutes for each $18 cocktail. If and when your order comes out in a reasonable time, it is quite good but the odds of that are slim. Do better Berg group. This was embarrassing for your premier restaurant. If I had to pick between B&B and this place, I'd go to B&B 1M out of 1M times.

Everything took extremely long last night and unfortunately the food was not worth the wait. The sourdough bread appetizer was burned. My daughter had the chicken and found a piece that was undercooked. On top of the fact that the chicken was over seasoned and very spicy. We would have complained but the staff was very hard to pin down. Either you were understaffed or that's just the typical service. No one from management ever stopped by to check on us. (Even Lupe Tortilla makes that a priority) We were celebrating a birthday for my kid who was home from college and it was not the experience we (or she) had hoped for. For $300 we could have gone to a high end steakhouse and received better quality food and service.

What a great dining experience, from the drinks at the bar while waiting for our table to the attentive Wait staff, it all just fit together nicely. Then the food came out and man oh man what a treat it was. From the fresh oysters, and the crab cakes for our appetizer, to the main course of Wagyu tenderloin, asparagus, loaded mashed potatoes and ricotta Mac and cheese , it was a meal fit for a King . Definitely a place.to go back to .

What a fabulous restaurant! We loved our dinner from the himachi jalapeño and dinosaur bone appetizers to the delicious cherry sorbet, all was delicious. My favorites were the beet salad and miso salmon roll. My husband loved his steak especially sitting where we could see it being cooked. So cool! Most of all the outstanding service from Deji really made the experience such a wonderful one. We eagerly look forward to our next visit!

Good: - Bone in filet and Miso Cod was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. - Mac and cheese was also delicious. - The asparagus side had a base sauce that tasted like sweet hummus mixed with their version of pico de gallo. Bad: - I don't like restaurants that adds in extra costs (3% operating fee). Why not just bake it into the price? The price point is already on the higher end and I just feel like I'm getting nickled and dimed. - Server brought out the wrong check. I think it was an honest mistake. But you can't make mistakes like this at this caliber. - Side portions are smaller than I had anticipated. Overall: I would come back. It's worth a try.

From the moment we walked in to the celebration champagne toast at the end of our meal, we left attended to and welcomed. Our waiter asked questions, made recommendations, and he was just wonderful. He made sure our experience was wonderful. It was our anniversary and popped in for dinner before a candle lit concert down the street. I am so glad I found it and made a reservation. The food was delicious. We had dinosaur bone marrow, NY Strip Wagu Steak, loaded potatoes and broccolini. Literally no room for dessert but a champagne toast to eat other was just perfect. Thank you for your hospitality and service. We will definitely be back!
I came here for a birthday dinner and was hoping for a more memorable experience. Unfortunately, the service could have been better , it felt a bit inattentive and slow at times, which took away from the celebration. The food was also just okay, not quite what I expected for the price or occasion. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it also didn't leave me wanting to come back. I really wish the experience had matched the special night we were celebrating.

We tried Prime 131 for the first time Saturday night. We had heard good things, and most of the reviews were very positive, so our expectations were high. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is located in an industrial area on 11th Street, so that was a little odd at first. That said, the place is very nice and safe. The building itself is very "industrial chic", and that carries through in the interior. Very cool IMHO! There is a long bar when you walk in with some tables in the bar area overlooking the patio. A great place to hang out for drinks or dinner. We were seated in the main dining room, where there is a central bar/kitchen. You can sit there and watch them prepare your food. Also very cool! We started with the clam chowder, and it was really good. My gf had the burger, and I had the NY strip and loaded mashed potatoes. All very good. We will definitely put it in our rotation!

For me an my wife's 1st anniversary we couldn't have picked a better place. The greeter was very friendly , staff was attentive and very nice as well. Couldn't have asked for a better waitress making us comfortable as first time visitors. Food was out of this world amazing and cooked to perfection. We will be back to prime 131 !
