Alright so I’ve played here off and on for years with my wife. Loved this place initially but it’s dying slowly. Recently played there and the floor was playing at the table. We were 4-6 handed off and on and honestly I think two ppl were house players in retrospect. I love action but it’s kind of strange when the floor/house is playing and repeatedly trying to bust you with 10/5….8/2.. 7/2 suited lol it was suited even though he was out of position ….etc for $100+preflop and winning. I also don’t understand why we were still paying time when other people were being comped time. Once we are only 4-5 handed they used to pause it but maybe that was different management. Overall, used to be a great place now idk. Oh there also was a player there the other night who was visibly intoxicated to the point he broke a table which created a drawing situation for seats. He was last for a seat so he proceeded to spend the rest of his wait talking about how he was using his light bill money to gamble ? and he had every drug available under the sun etc. It was a lot old Prime would have put his butt out so fast now idk wth is going on. I wish I had somewhere else to play but when I went to Empire the security guard offered to sell me drugs.I want to add that the staff and dealers are ALWAYS personable and polite. The customer service is unmet honestly and the security is very great depending on who’s there. The ones who have been there for years are great the new faces are lazy and distracted. Great food when the kitchen was open but it’s closed now so you can order food from a delivery service. The drinks are more than affordable and even with the $10 door fee and $12 hourly YOU ARE SPENDING LESS than you would at these rooms that are raking every pot $10-35 plus. The amenities outweigh the fees honestly. I know I’m safe at Prime and going to my car for sure. The promos are also pretty good if you check Poker Atlas. Okay hope this helps ?

Decent poker room but bush league operation. Every time I come here there is a massive dealer mistake that causes yelling and commotion. Today, after waiting for 20 minutes, the floorman decided to skip me and put a regular in ahead of me. When I called him out before the player sat down, the floorman said "I'll get you in on the next one". Actually no you won't...Took my business to TCH up the road.

Looks like a closed steak house converted to a boot leg poker hall. Parking looked scary but they did have a parking lot attended. Must go thur security to check for guns. Go figure. They won't allow you to bring in outside food as in no uber eats or delivery "we want you to order off our menu"... they should allow that.. very crazy of them .. what ever. So I go there but it's my least favorite

One of the best, if not the best, poker club in Houston. They run the best tournaments and cash games in the city and have a ton of amenities from food and drinks, valet, and security. Solid dealers and Texas size action in Hold’em and PLO make this a great place to play.

This place is a gem. Clean, good drinks, great people. If you’re in Houston and play cards, check it out. The dealers here are some of the best in the country! A+

I have gone to a couple of different poker clubs here in Houston and this is the best one. They don’t have food services, but they have large fields and run a tight show.

$10 door fee EVERYTIME you play?!?! Biggest rip off poker room in houston

There is a mandatory fee to Enter and to become a member. Go to other Poker rooms in Houston which DONT require fees!!!

I was asked to leave when because a dealer disrespected me an told I couldn't afford to play at real poker games, I could only afford this 300.00 cheap buy ins. I ask the floor to right him up an do a report. The floor then told me to leave because he was sort staffed an couldn't afford to loose a dealer. Horrible customer sever. Do not go here ever. The do not take care of their players. Avoid this place at all cost.
