Coming from Philly, I never thought I would be able to find our food here in Houston. Thanks to the Houston Eagles Nest, I found out PrimoHoagies is presently here behind Washington Street. These hoagies give my childhood memories from when I would go to class trips, Eagles, games, and many different functions. Please make sure to get a bag of HERR’s chips along with your order.

Always solid, always consistent. The only issue that I had this time was the bread was stale and I don't like stale bread and I don't think anybody else does either. However, everything else that I ordered the chicken cutlet sandwich. Also, the premier hoagie was great.

I've been coming to this primo hoagies for 3 years. I order the same thing basically every time. I have never had issues with the staff, with the food, with the service. Until I came on Wednesday September 10th.
The worker tried to charge me 20$ for a primo sized sandwich, a massive overcharge, and then said he would have to call his manager to change it. He had a pair of gloves on and kept touching his phone and face and then went to make sandwiches with those gloves. When asked to change his gloves he became really passive aggressive.
Despite coming here for years, sometimes twice a week, this visit has made me second guess coming here again.

Pros: sesame toasted bread, staff was kind and attentive Cons: stinky meat in sandwich ruined it… place doesn’t even offer tap water.. too cheap to buy a soda fountain but can charge 16$ for a 9inch sub… Overall: you can do better with alternatives…

Probably the worst steak and cheese ever! It tasted like a steakum and was flavorless. I asked for grilled onions and I’m not even sure if they have a grill. The food seamed packaged and not real. The prices are crazy for the quality. Regular sub, chip, and a drink was $26.00 and change with the tip for taking my order. Won’t be back.

My parents and I arrived 10 minutes before opening, and right before doors were to open, they posted a sign saying they would open at 11. If hours changed, please update the website and hours on the door.
This place is by far the best sandwich shop I have been to. I wish there were more locations.

They knocked it out of the park. These sandwiches were really good. The Nonna’s veggie sandwich tasted like eggplant Parmesan and may have been my favorite. I appreciated that they kept the veggie ones separate from the rest. The sandwiches were nicely packaged and condiments were nicely packed and appreciated.
Would highly recommend for a catering option. My event started at 11 and I was able to pick up at 10 (no delays). They were super easy to work with.

So you may not even want to buy the ordering through the app, especially on the Wednesday when they are offering specials because Jay only have two to three people working but they have a sandwich that needs to be made every 2 minutes. arge selection of sandwiches and the sandwiches are delicious
