I was very pleased with my sandwich. I had the ham on a roll, no seeds. The bread was fresh, the meat sliced perfectly, and the flavor was unique. I will be ordering this sandwich again soon. I highly recommend this establishment for a quick and delicious lunch.

I’m from New Jersey, so I was super excited when I found out that Primos would be making its way to Houston. It didn’t disappoint! The hoagie was excellent. The bread wasn’t hard, but also wasn’t soggy. The service was attentive and friendly! Coming from Rosharon, it was definitely worth the drive!
Also, the chips! Since moving from Jersey, I couldn’t find Herr’s anywhere down here until now.. 10/10 recommend

The bread was not fresh. Seriously? Had to work hard to tear it. Not good. You gotta have fresh bread. There was barely any meat on the sandwich. This is an East Coast brand, and the sandwich they served me was not an East Coast sandwich. The pictures they show do not compare one bit to what I actually got. East Coast sandwiches are loaded with slices. I think there were two “thin” slices on this sandwich. Absolutely pathetic. Tasted good, but a pathetic sandwich. Paid $14 for a pathetic, small sandwich, and a bag of chips. At least I love the Herr’s chips. That was the only plus. Parking lot is tiny, barely any tables, and they’re next to a very popular chicken place right next door. If you are trying to go for a quick lunch, I don’t think that would be possible. I think these East Coast guys need to pack their stuff up and go back, or make a real, loaded, East Coast sandwich with FRESH bread. I also forgot to mention the dining area is tiny, and the guy in charge of cleaning was sweeping all around me while I was eating. They weren’t near closing. The manager should have told him to stop sweeping up dust while I was eating my sandwich. Gross yo. Everyone was nice, but that dude was just kind of clueless. I doubt I’ll be back. Even if I’m in the area.

Really really great sandwich, among the best in Houston and likely the best 'east coast hoagie' for hundreds of miles. They could tell I hadn't been there before so explained the options and pointed out the best sellers. Bread was great, chewy exactly like you want in a hoagie. Will absolutely be back and try more sandwiches.
