My sister and I stopped by for dinner and we were not greeted at all. We stood at the counter and the lady looked at us making eye contact but never walked over to us to try to take our order, she just looked away and went back to what she was doing in the back. It's clear why they had zero customers. Don't waste you money or time they clearly do not want any business or at least not ours.

The Old Italian is great, and the sandwiches are worth the price. Excellent quality ingredients and the sandwiches are very filling. Their largest size is easily enough to feed 2 or maybe 3 people.

Ordered a larger order for my employees lunch during training, understandably the order took a little time to be made and delivered, that was never a problem. Upon receipt of the order, we quickly noticed that we were only given 26 of 27 hoagies ordered. We called the location to inform them of the issue and were met with a very hostile employee that wanted to argue that the order was completed whole and refused to do anything about it. We order regularly from this location and this experience will prevent us from using them any further.

Husband went in to order and the lady working didn't acknowledge him. A lady walks in and she was acknowledged and asked if she was here for pick up or ready to order. After helping the lady, she helped my husband, but was full of attitude.
Husband loves PrimoHoagies, but this sandwich he got was like soaked.

I didn't review the time we went in and the person behind the counter said she wasn't making anymore sandwiches because she was too busy. Tonight we went to pick up sandwiches, got home, got ready to eat, and chips were a week past stale. Called because I was going to go back and exchange them, called the store to let them know and the person said they didn't have any chips that were not stale.
Worst sandwich, I ever had. I ordered Chicken Suprimo, it’s a yuck. Bread was the only okey, chicken was a chicken patty and with roasted peppers. Italian Sub, was okey too, she didn’t offered from a cold sandwich to a hot because it comes cold sandwich . Subway is way better at least they offer to toast or not. We will never come back!

Showed up at 1:30 to order a meal and the lady said she’s not taking orders due to having a large order. She seemed to be the only one working on a Saturday… very odd to me and poor management. I feel bad she was doing it all alone. Owners need to take accountability and give her some help!

Update: went to get a sandwich today and the girl behind the counter told us, she would not be able to serve us because she was backed up. She also stated that she was locking the door. Guess Primos is off the rotation until they get their service together.

Edit 8/22 - Place has completely gone downhill. I order online and my order is wrong (in some way) 100% of the time. Combined English fluency of the staff is a three out of ten. Really disappointing.
SERIOUS SANDWICHES. Got a medium and could only finish half. Bread was great, ingredients were fresh & high quality. I'll be back for sure. Sidenote - the guy at the counter was helpful and knew about the menu, really did a great job.
