Came here because of Shark Tank! The French fries were thick cut and piping hot- delicious. The chicken sandwiches are decent, especially considering that they are plant based. The “chicken” texture is kind of funky, but the flavor isn’t bad. You just can’t think too much about what those Pattie’s are actually made out of. They have gluten free buns, breaded gf vegan chicken, as well as gf vegan chicken nuggets. They didn’t however have a separate fryer for their gluten free options which could be a huge deal breaker depending on how sensitive you might be to gluten.The store atmosphere left much to be wanted. No bathroom. Slippery floors from all the grease. Lots of the surfaces were grimy. Random local radio station playing over the speakers, detracting from the eating experience.Otherwise they have something good going on here!

Project Pollo used to be my favorite restaurant. Recently they changed their menu and I have hated the flavorless new items. I used to get the Chipotle chicken wrap which is no longer available. I absolutely hate their new cheese recipe too. I have visited 4 locations and all the food is disgusting since the change. I am sad to say that I used to go 3 times a week but will no longer be endorsing them. They are too expensive and the food is not good.

It’s 100% Vegan which is right up my ally but insanely crazy to believe because of the taste.I thought I was eating real bacon and chicken at one point. I kept asking “is this real meat?” “I don’t eat pork, you sure this is vegan?”It’s vegan and delicious like crazy delicious. If you’re not vegan still come here, the food is delicious.

We were so hungry we forgot to take pictures! The food was PHENOMENAL and so tasty! We got the backyard burger and the buffalo chicken sandwich with French fries. I’ve been vegan for 3 months now and Project Pollo satisfied my cravings from my past diet without causing any harm to animals. I will definitely be returning regularly. The service was great, a few workers stopped by the table and asked if we needed anything. The person who took our order also gave my boyfriend and I free milkshakes for our birthdays. Awesome place, check it out!!

Everything both me and my omnivore partner have tried on the menu has been so delicious! She can't believe the chicken is vegan! The original project, the deluxe, the nachos, the breakfast burritos, chicken and waffles, loaded papas, popcorn chicken, etc. All their sauces are delicious too and definitely worth paying the $0.50 to have some extra on hand.

Love this place and great customer service from guys like Mike (I think he’s the manager; long dreadlocks. Super cool). Was taken care of far later than I scheduled and my food was still hot. He said “I was about to refund you order,” once I showed up… which is great to know. Most businesses would still take your money and say…”well, you never came and got you food.” Five stars every time!

Total surprise. Loved it. Didn’t know if I would like a vegan chicken sandwich. Not only was it tasty, the ‘Memphis Hot’ might be one one of the best chicken sandwiches around. The fries were perfectly cooked and the service was very nice and friendly. Will recommend to all my friends - vegans to meat eaters.

This place has truly perfected vegan chicken. We had the Nashville hot sandwich, burger, milkshake and fries. Everything was so flavorful and fairly priced. I’ve recommended it to everyone, this place was amazing! By far one of my favorite meals I have had in a long time.

First time here. I was impressed with the food and choices, I'll give that 5-stars. The location, building, and employees were around 2-stars. No dine-in bathroom and the music was not family friendly. Staff was unenthusiastic/passive but NOT rude. The building was humid/uncomfortable and the location is not the greatest. I'd like to come back maybe I'll visit the Katy location. All the best and I hope the project succeeds!
