Proof Home Bakery makes the absolute best gluten free bread! Not only was the bread gluten free, but also dairy free. They were able to accommodate us on very short notice which was much appreciated since we were leaving town in a few days. The bread was still warm when I picked it up and the wonderful smell on the way home was almost too much to bear. The taste and texture of this bread is magical!! I highly recommend anyone with a gluten allergy give this place a try!

I haven’t had water challah in years and, by request , Proof Home Bakery produced a fantastic dupe. I also requested frozen dough to take with me on a trip to bake off when I got there, and it turned out great! I almost took all the credit, but had to give it up since everyone knew there’s no way I can make anything that tastes as good as comes from Proof!
