I requested a booth inside to only be told they didn't see my reservation. It was cold that night but we chose to stay since we Ubered there. Had we been in our cars we would've left.

Me and my daughters went for lunch. The food was really good. We had wings, tenders, and catfish poboy. Taco Tuesdays are $2 chicken, beef or shrimp tacos. Also they had free hookah during lunch!! But they had the front door held open and it was FREEZING! Also our server was amazing but when I left I had TWO holds on my card!!! I spoke to one young lady who had me send screenshot from my bank but she hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to a young man who told me the second hold would drop off. But it held up my bank account for two days.
So if we come again- we are definitely paying with cash!

I visited this place a few weeks ago. The first two choices on the menu, I was told they were completely out. Ok, np. I ended up choosing a steak dinner. Then I was told they were out of the asparagus that we advertised to come with the meal. When I suggested to substitute with a double order of Mac n cheese, I ended up getting charged double for each. DESPITE THE FACT THAT I DIDN'T GET UPSET WHEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OF THE FIRST TWO CHOICES I CHOSE FROM THE MENU. THEN TO TOP OUT OF, THEY WERE OUT OF THE SIDE DISHES THAT WERE SET TO COME WITH THE THIRD CHOICE. I also ordered a Shirley Temple for my drink of which i NEVER recieved! Iended up drinking plain water. AND THEN .. I get the ticket..$75!!!!!! Pissed was an understatement! How? The music was blaring so I couldn't really hear the waitress try to explain. Oh and that ticket was after she found a mistake on my ticket. Frustrated, and ready to go, I paid the ticket amd left!!! Will never go back there! They didn't even offer to adjust the ticket because of their being ill prepared to serve what was on their own menu. Oh n let's not forget the added gratuity that I was FORCED to pay because it was included in the tab. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I tried to call multiple times over an hour to notify that I would be 10 minutes late and no one ever answered the phone. Had been told that the reservation grace period is 15 minutes. Arrived exactly 9 minutes after reservation time and my reservation for 6 people had already been canceled. A young lady at the hostess stand even said, “We cancel reservations after 15 minutes”. She asked what time was my reservation and I told her 1:45. When she looked at the time it was then 1:55 and she just shrugged and said I could sit at the bar. I told her it was a party of 6; she had no solution just said that they had no more tables. Will not be back.
