Food is amazing. But the prices are even better. Also, people are very welcoming and place is super clean. Restrooms are always clean, I know a lot of people probably don’t see that important but I have kids and it makes me uncomfortable to see dirty restrooms. So I give this place a 5 stars because of, the amazing PRICES, food is GREAT and the whole restaurant is CLEAN.

My family and I have been customers of this place for many years and unfortunately today might be the last time we come here. We normally order takeout, but today we decided to eat in their dining room. We were able to easily place our order with the lady at the register, but our problem started with the ladies serving the food. The lady who brought our food let us know that she was waiting for our pupusa to come out. We were indifferent about this as we ordered another meal, which was already served. We finished our meal and they never brought us our pupusa, which was good since by then we decided to have it to go. I went to order it and before I could finish speaking, the ladies serving rudely asked me if I had an order, then they started talking to each other, wondering who served us. One of the ladies rudely gave me my food and got even more upset when I told her I needed it to go. I returned to my table and realized that they had not given me any condiments that come included with the purchase of my pupusa. I went back to ask about them and a different lady once again rudely asked me if I had an order, then was very hesitant to give me what I had already paid for.

Their food is always delicious, but their workers need to receive customer service training. It's not the client's fault that they had a bad day!
