The store staff has very bad attitude. The evening shift girl always closes the store to customer at 10.30 putting notice board on the glass, which is not appropriate. Philps Store closing time is 11pm every where. I've come across several time and always behaves rude.In Google map it shows 24 hours whereas staff locks the door before 11pm

Stopped in for a small coffee but no small cups available only medium. I did ask but still charged for the medium I didn't want. Pick up a grab and go egg sandwich with cheese n crumbled sausage. Although warm the egg sandwiches would be much better if made to order and whole sausage patty and bacon, and offer a combination of all ingredients. Add it to the breakfast taco menu. I don't know where the grab n go items are made but make the sandwiches with regular bread instead of Texas toast. Thinking I would get a fresh egg sandwich, I was looking forward to stopping in. Yeah, it's filling but would have been much better fresh even for a dollar more.

I come here a lot , today wasn't so great. I cane in and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie , banana pudding and 2 burritos . The burritos were very dry and overdone . The pudding had some plastic paper inside of it (See pics below) and the smoothie was all but smooth. The plastic is what made me do the yelp review. Please have your staff take more precautions . My kid could have swallowed that.

Located right here on the Southwest Freeway, this is a brand new-looking, shiny gas station, which hasn't always been the best for us in terms of service, and had some pretty creepy and aggressive homeless people, the kind that will come right at you yelling and giving you a hard time, and this happens at this location from time to time, but generally speaking, it's a good gas station, despite closing down late at night. The tacos are good but not on the level of the better trucks, not cleaner, definitely not fresher. And the service here isn't always great by the way.

If I could give NO Stars I would. I went in to pay for gas with cash. The offer for the store was if u pay cash it's cheaper. When I got back to the pump they mistakenly set the price higher as if I paid with card. I went in to correct the mistake and the gentleman was quick to argue with me to prove I was wrong without verifying if a mistake happened. Once the employee finally reset my gas pump,I filled my tank..i went back in to retrieve my receipt from the employee and she instantly got hostile and threatened to throw a calculator at me. She refused to hand me my receipt and I ended up leaving. Whomever the owner is needs to retrain their employees to show customer service to paying customers. If she would have injured me by throwing a object this situation would have ended differently. Fortunately I was able to walk away
