Ok spot for tasty italian food. I love this place always quality food & service. I'll return with my friends. It has a nice atmosphere. If it wasn't far from my work I would come by more.

Very disappointed in the service we received. Took my mom and dad to a concert at Toyota center and wanted to make the dinner special. I thought Four Seasons would be a slam dunk. WRONG!!! They were confused through every step of the mean and never really seemed to concerned they were dropping the ball. We are discerned but not snooty. My wife called back the next day to discuss and staff said the manager would certainly get back with us... they never did. I would not recommend. Disappointed over and over. We have much better service at regular dining experiences. We understand the service industry and everyone has a bad night... but there was plenty of opportunity to course correct which never occurred.

Literally so not good. I sent back 4/5 dishes that I got. Disappointed. The white pasta with shrimp was decent w/ added salt & lemon. The pizza was bad like how do you mess up pizza and call yourself an Italian restaurant. Anyway. The dessert was ight. Got a chocolate cake w raspberries, kind of dry maybe like made a couple days ago or something else like that it is a weird taste. One star for the mini glass bottled sprite.

Without a doubt, Quattro has the very best Sunday Brunch in the Houston area. Unlike the plethora of disappointing a la carte "brunch" options available, pretty much, everywhere, Quattro's spread allows you to try a little bit of everything, from traditional breakfast items, including crepe and omelette stations, to a glorious seafood bar and plenty of hot gourmet options in between. Highlights: caviar trio on creme fraiche, delicious sausages, and a beautifully seasoned prime rib. As always, service, from greeting to goodbye, was gracious and personable. Server, Theo, is a seasoned pro and it was evident that he was incredibly friendly and accommodating to everyone in his area. To those commenting about price, remember, you are dining at the Four Seasons, and the price is more than fair for the quality and selection offered. By all means, check pricing before you reserve and dine (here and elsewhere) so that you don't unfairly penalize the restaurant for your buyer's remorse in your reviews ;)

Excellent lobster! Spent Valentines Weekend at Four Seasons. Enjoyed lunch at Bayou and Bottle, A Massage at the Spa, and an excellent dinner at Quattro. The lobster was delicious, and so was the Beet Ravioli with Beef. One would not think of dinning inside a downtown Houston Hotel, but when one tries Quattro and follows up dinner with drinks at Bayou and Bottle, it just makes sense. Follow up the morning after with a delicious omelet. The bacon was amazing!!
