Young cashier lady can't be older than 21 overcharged me by ringing up 2 sandwiches instead of 1. After I get my refund she says pay again now. She got visibly loud and angry when I refused bc I didn't want to get charged$30 for a sub combo ( you don't get your money immediately when it's refunded on your card, you have to wait 4 or 5 business days). Had she been a man or a girl that didn't look like a senior in highschool I would've went left on her. If you can't ring up a simple order correctly in a empty restaurant without catching an attitude, quit and find another job.

I’m always excited to find a Quiznos. I’m from AZ and they are not there anymore. This is my absolute favourite sandwich shop. This one didn’t disappoint. Friendly service and made my sandwich perfectly. I always get the angus with peppercorn sauce and a side of au jus. Delicious. I’ll be back next time in Houston.

Haven't been to a Quiznos in years so I was hoping it wouldn't disappoint (being I would ho once or twice a week in college??♀️)I must say Thank You to the staff! My sub was made exactly as I like it. It was delicious and the taste was spot on to what I remembered. Location was very clean, worked fast and the prices have increased a small bit but worth it considering the amount of meat you get on the subs. Would ho again for sure.
If I could put 0 stars I would. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. When asked if she could remake my sandwich because it burned while being toasted she raised her voice and said all of the bread is the same. We came in 30 minutes before closing so I guess she was ready to go, but you never know how someone’s day is going. So please treat people with kindness.

They need to work on their customer service. It’s like they couldn’t care less if they made money or not. When I got here at 11:30 on a Thursday no other customer would we in the store. They had 4 workers behind the register and they still ignored me until they were done chatting even though I was the only one in there. While they were making my sandwich a man stood behind me in line to get a sandwich but after a few moments of no one speaking to him he left. When he left they acted surprised as to why. No one spoke to him. Duh
do not come here customer service is horrible!!!! lilly always has an attitude. i don't understand why she's upset if i ask for something specific and i'm paying my money ! horrible ! but the sandwiches are great :)
