Came here to show my friend how good quiznos was and there was a very rude lady who seriously lacks decent customer service. Im not sure if her nasty attitude was because she didn’t like her job or her lack of experience but we were very polite the entire time so I genuinely don’t understand why we got the treatment we received as we’ve been loyal customers for +5 years. All we got was one sandwich which was soggy and gross.

Aside from no seating to eat in the store. The food was yummy the girls making the sandwich are friendly and attentive. Speaks both English and Spanish fluently.
Sandwich was fine. No issues. I've always wanted my Quiznos Sammich's more toasty .. but that happens everywhere.

I use to eat at Quiznos at least once a week. Then they closed most of them. I always got the same sandwich I think it was called Chicken Carbonara and I don’t see it on the menu anymore. I was watching a Korean or Chinese movie and they ate there a lot. Brought back memories of good food. Wish there was one near me in Katy (Houston) Texas. Bring it back to Katy, TX.

I can tell by the reviews I wouldn’t waste my time traveling to this location. There is a general theme in the reviews going back at least 9 years to present that the posted store hours aren’t accurate and it is a hit or miss. I’ve seen the owner reply to several of these comments, some a few years ago, some a few months ago, and some even just a few weeks ago, saying thanks for alerting us and the operating hours should be updated and accurate across all platforms. Based on these reviews, the information has clearly not been updated and the “owner” has obviously been alerted several times, so I have to deduce the owner doesn’t care about wasting anyone’s time or gas.

Very poor experience. Sandwich was cold, not toasted, wasn't greeted upon walking up to make my order. Not usually the customer service I am accustomed to bringing my business to a Quiznos location. I didn't receive any "thank you for coming" as I exited after payment was received. I'll take my business to another location that provides much better service.
