As a southerner, I had higher expectations for this place. I'm not sure if it was a cultural difference or a lack of culinary knowledge, but the meat was severely overcookedâtough and dry. The baked beans clearly came from a can and lacked flavor, to say the least. The overall ambiance was very basic and bland, especially for a game day; I expected more from such a large establishment.
My ratings reflect more pity than satisfactionâdefinitely not based on the food or customer service. Would I consider visiting again? Itâs possible, but only if I had enough alcohol to convince me to return or if I was craving barbecue with no other options available.
My suggestion would be to focus on improving the food. Avoid using frozen ingredients, and if you do, at least learn how to season them properly instead of relying solely on sauce. The only item that was actually flavorful and well-seasoned was the coleslaw.

POOR ASS SERVICE!!! LITERALLY SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 8:30 BUT THE âOWNERâ apparently closes early when he has other things to do! Then simple close at 8 and fix your time .

Number one I didn't like that they don't wear hats or nits on their heads very rude You can't order your food the way you like it. They miss my sliced beef sandwich up with thin slices of milk. It didn't seem like, ooh, it's real slight beef. i taken my food back and would not serve me for no reason because I complained about my slice beef, they gave me the burn butt part.Oh, that's slice beef and I had only 3 slices on my sandwich. I'm glad I checked it before I left. Bad attitude the young man behind the counter.. I never would go there ever again in life even if they offered me free coupons. This food is not real smoke barbecue and not that good at all..
