I have been reaching out regarding an incident that occurred in mid-August when I delivered a cake to your establishment. During the delivery, I slipped and fell due to lack of preparation and accommodation for the weather conditions.
Since the incident, my attorney and I have made several attempts—by both email and phone—to get in contact with someone regarding this matter, but we have not received a response.

Loved everything about this place! Went here with our family on a Saturday! The DJ was 🔥, the food was flavorful (and let me just say the best catfish EVER!) The chef personally came to our table to hear our thoughts on the dishes & obviously we had nothing but great things to say. Drinks & food were delicious and decently priced. The staff had such a great vibe, I wish I would’ve asked their names. Our server was absolutely gorgeous and such a sweetheart. The guys in the kitchen were hilarious. As a Prince fan, the aesthetic of this place will instantly put you in a nostalgic but happy mood - you can tell a lot of thought went into the look and feel for this lounge/restaurant. I have nothing but positive critique for this place. Definitely a great place for grown folks to unwind without all the chaos at some of the other places you hear about lol.

Called many times to make a reservation for a friend’s birthday, nobody ever answered. Decided to pop up and they would not let us in without reservation. Asked to make one but of course they had nothing available.. but there’s no clear way to make a reservation. Door man had zero suggestions for how to do so. Weird. Wasted my uber black taxi getting there just to be turned away. Looks great from the door though!

I had my birthday gathering with family and friends here on Sun Aug 17th. Love the Prince theme and ambiance. I tried the snow crab and it was the best Ive ever had. The wait staff & DJ were so gracious and attentive. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars. I will definitely be going back as often as I can 💜💜💜

One of the reviews said that the music wasn't so loud.... I couldn't even hear the waitress talk and NO you can not hear nor have a conversation at our table without having to talk loud/yelling.... music kept getting louder and louder. No grits for the Fish & Grits 😖

I’m sorry to report that I didn’t have a good experience here. We had a reservation and weren’t seated until 20 minutes after our reservation time; and that was only because one of us went up to talk to the bar tender about our table. The hostess just stood up in front us by the bar talking while we were right in front of them waiting for our table. We were finally told to just pick our table. There were several things on the menu missing such as asparagus, the hibiscus Paloma, and lobster. It’s bad enough the menu is limited so there is no room to run out of anything honestly. I ordered the dirty bird and it came out luke warm and I could tell the rice was old by the discoloration on the sausage and ground meat. They offered me the side salad since they didn’t have asparagus and it’s not consistent across the board. My friends salad came with cucumbers but mine didn’t. If you’re going to charge $20 for wings, at least put them on an actual plate and not in a basket. The inside of the place is really nice but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Our waitress was really nice and took good care of us!

The atmosphere was awesome and the waitstaff was Gr8 but the catfish and rice food portions was sm. Drinks were nice and the DJ was spectacular. Valet parking was pricey $20
Romy was really friendly and told us a lot about the place. We went there on a Tuesday so it was a bit slow.

Great place, great drinks, great vibes. Chef Al personally brought out my brunch order and it tasted great. Best wings in the city, if you ask me! Brit is also the best bartender I’ve experienced in a while. Definitely check it out!

I visited Rain on Washington in Houston, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while.
First off, the food portions were extremely small for the price, and when it finally arrived—it was cold. To make matters worse, I found hair in my food, which completely ruined my appetite.
The bar was another letdown. They were out of several basic essentials, which made it difficult to even order a simple drink. And don’t get me started on the bathrooms—absolutely filthy.
Overall, it felt like there was no attention to cleanliness, service, or quality. I don’t recommend visiting this place. Save your time and money.
