two times in a row i came to this specific restaurant i ask for extra sauce they say you have to pay okay that’s fine they hand me order in expecting my extra sauce in the bag they never gave me the extra sauce both times why make me pay for something if ur not going to give it to me i’m tired of driving 15 back when it should have been in the bag in the first place

The manager of this store treated me very badly. They sold me some boots for my son that were defective, causing damage to his right foot. I asked to exchange them for others and she didn't want to exchange them because he uses them. My son is very depressed because of the bad treatment from that manager and his feet are hurt.

It’s hard not to love Cane’s. I know a lot of people that get it at least once a week and it’s always a solid option. My only complaint was that last time I visited this location I ordered a caniac combo (6 pc chicken) and only received 5 pieces. I know it probably sounds super nit-picky but when you pay $15 for a combo, ideally you get everything you ordered! Other than that, great as always.

Chicken is always good, and it's better if you get it extra crispy. I wouldn't do this if you're going through the drive thru though.
Portion sizes are fairly substantial overall, so we end up splitting a Box or Caniac a lot of the time.
Atmosphere is fine, but it can get pretty loud if there are a lot of people inside (which is fairly regularly).
Good place for a quick bite and for families.
Vegetarian options: It's a chicken place. You could possibly eat the cole slaw, fries, and toast, but that's probably it.
Parking: Can be a hassle to get a parking spot sometimes if they're busy. Often have to drive around the building to the drive thru side.
Kid-friendliness: Great for families.

I get raising canes mainly for my kids on busy days. Buying online for pickup is very easy, quick and my kids love it. Always get the same, a 25 piece tray, 3 or 4 french fries and some toasts. I always steal the toast.
