This canes is always on point. I don’t think I have ever had one complaint every time I go through drive thru or indoor. The staff is always efficient and always come back to it.

This is my favorite location! I’ve always had friendly staff in the drive thru and in the restaurant. I don’t live close to this location anymore but, I always stop here on my way home from the airport!

The cooks at this location needs more training. Wonderful customer service, but they are serving soggy chicken. I had to send it back to have them make it extra crispy and it still was soggy with the breading falling off. I love canes, but won’t be back at this location.

Superior customer service at this location! Staff were very friendly and attentive, warmly greeting each customer as they walked in and even following up with me at my table after I had already gotten my food to ensure that everything was okay and to let them know if I needed any additional condiments. Also, they were very prompt to clean the tables immediately after the customers would leave. It is so refreshing to see a team of employees take pride in their jobs and treat the customers with respect and dignity! Unfortunately, you just don't see that as often in most fast food establishments nowadays, but this location restored my faith in our future workforce. Wish I had gotten their names, but it was the staff working the 11:15 AM shift on 8/1/2025. Kudos to the leadership of this location for setting the right tone!

Employee's now tell me corporate won't let them cook the chicken tenders crispy like i had been eating them for over than a year. The fries are always undercooked as well. So if you like undercooked chicken and limp fries this is the ideal place to go

This place stay serving cold fries. Don’t yall know them basic crinkle cut fries are disgusting when they are cold. You can say you want hot fries all day. You gonna get them cold fries every time. Chicken strips was soggy and not as tender, batter falling off. Spent 40+ quality was below average. Cold food need to be tossed out bottom line. It’s not your money paying for it.
