Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Every time I come here the food is soggy and cold. I’ve ordered extra crispy and the fries are so soggy they droop, bread is left butter on toast. Disgusting, never again.

Extremely busy on a Friday night, these people are knocking it out of the park!! Chick fil a wait times in the drive through, excellent management and crew attitude. Fantastic operation!

I stopped by at 1 am just now 10/7/25 and store ran out of coleslaw the girl taking my order asked if I wanted to substitute coleslaw for an extra cane sauce like what ?!?!?!? Then I waited 17 minutes and my maniac tenders were all extra extra crispy so hard and dry , I've never hd crispy tenders from raising canes in my life they are always the same out of the 50 times I've ate this chain , these were the worst tenders I've had here before , I prefer another location this one is wrong for even handing the tenders out like this look at my pics

The girl at the checkout window doesn’t even acknowledge you or look at you when handing the food to you if I wasn’t quick to grab it my food would be on the floor . She was more interested in her conversation with her peers than the customers waiting for their food . Management needs to step this up ! Chick fil a has better customer service than this !!

This place is cutting corners. Shutting down early, they made me go to the drive-through when I had to go to the restroom. And then I'm leaving, I'm already down the highway, and then my fries are cold. Thanks for the first bad canes experience! Management has to do better.

Cane's is a very nice place to eat and is always been consistent and quick with orders the fries are cooked nicely the food is worth it's price the staff is very nice

Whoever is on the fryer at this very moment deserves a raise. In terms of how the fingers were cooked and how they portioned them, everything was perfect. I placed my order at around 12:50 pm so Whoever was battering and frying then, thank you. Shout out to whoever boxed my food too, I can tell you care about the guest. Please keep this up because im constantly defending canes online 😫
