Food and service was great… atmosphere was not so great. But that is less about the restaurant itself and more about the location. I went in after the local middle school let out and it might as well have been a public school cafeteria with the level of noise and the amount of children.

This is the most nasty canes I’ve been to. The inside was not kept clean. The sodas were all flat (sprite) had no spite syrup and was straight carbonation.

Broken ice machine → no cold plate cooling → soda warm → CO₂ escapes → flat drink.

I got a box combo and asked for extra fries instead of the Cole slaw and they definitely did not give me extra fries. There was less then the normal amount they usually give. I also asked for ketchup and they didn’t give me any.

Always full of teenagers, smells, and service is awful. The people here seem like they really don’t wanna be here. And then also they tried to charge me $.25 for a water cup? It just seems like in general Caes is not very welcoming their customers. I think lanes is a better deal overall to be honest

This is my first time over here and when I walked in the black lady came out from the back, she had a blue headband. She asks “what do you want” I was surprised by the way she asked that because i used to work as a customer service representative. I just ended up telling her what I'd like to place and she was huffing and puffing while taking my order. She ended up giving up her service to a blonde guy and was no problem at all. I'm grateful she did because her attitude was nasty and wasn't cute. Her service was terrible 😭but the food was also terrible as her and it was ugly. TELL ME WHY I SAW THIS AFTER I MOVED THE CHICKEN. Idk but I guess some people shouldn't work in the food industry if they're going to act that way🫩🤷🏻‍♀️. The food way actually so nasty threw it away once I seen that. DONT COME HERE!!! BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE!
