I had an absolutely delightful visit to Raising Cane’s! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing with energy and the staff greeted us with warm smiles. The service was quick and efficient, which I greatly appreciated. The real star of the show, however, was the food. The chicken fingers were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Cane’s sauce was simply addictive; it paired perfectly with both the chicken and the crinkle-cut fries. Even the Texas toast was buttery and toasted just right, adding a nice touch to the meal.On top of all that, the restaurant was impeccably clean, which made dining there even more enjoyable. It’s clear that Raising Cane’s values both quality food and customer service. I left completely satisfied and look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone craving delicious chicken fingers in a friendly and welcoming environment!

Yesterday I was so dissatisfied with the service and lack of cleanliness of this canes location. The cashier got my order wrong after repeating it 4 times. The table me and my son at at was filthy. But there were no other options. I couldn't believe it! The floors were filled with food like no one had cleaned all day.

My chicken and fries smelled and tasted like smoke. They tasted like cigarettes smell, and I ended up just having to throw it away because it truly tasted atrocious. I came with a group of four people, and we all had the same problem with our food, so it was not just me. Ended up just being a big waste of time and money. I've had canes a number of times at other locations before, and I've never had this problem. I would highly recommend going to another location if possible.

Fast friendly service. We went to layne's and then Cane's to do a comparison. Cane's won on ALL aspects. Chicken was thicker, juicer. Sauce was better. Toast is even better. Lemonade destroys layne's.

First Canes I've went to and the fingers were a lot smaller than I thought. Still tasted good though and I loved the toast! But the fries could use some form of seasoning.
Very disappointed and so surprised how much smaller the chicken fingers are compared to before.First, I ordered the caniac combo yet they misheard me and gave me the 3 strip combo for $9.99 instead of $15.99 which I should have known the prices before paying. I went in to tell them about the mistake and wanted to upgrade but their suggestions were buy another 3 piece combo for $9.99 or buy 3 chicken fingers for about $6.I decided to leave and not buy more, seeing how small the chicken fingers were.
