Food luke warm and fries were flimsy chicken tenders smaller than normal and everything seemed to be undercooked even the bread. Lemonade was extremely watered down. I also ordered an extra cane sauce and presumably thought I paid for it when I got to the cashier window. When I got to the second window I checked my box as the lady stared at me with an attitude I told her that I ordered an extra cane sauce and she tells me I didn’t and need to pay for it with her. Why order and pay again over a mistake the person taking my order made did not appreciate the hassle over a simple cane sauce.
Food is always fast and fresh, drive thru crew are always friendly. However we decided to eat in last night and the girl working the register was rude, unwelcoming, and yelling at customers across the store the entire time. Everyone was eating in silence. We weren’t greeted by her or asked what we’d like so we were just awkwardly staring at each other until I helped myself to make my order. No idea what her problem was but we definitely won’t dine in here again.

This was our first time with our family ,Overall, the food is ok. the service was ok, nothing to be like the cashier was great . Restaurants need to focus on cleanliness .chairs dirty. I cleaned my own chair while the cashier just looked at me .

The food was horrible, but the heavy set Caucasian manager was rude. After I explained the si,he asked me to come inside. I told him I was disabled and he hung the phone up. I drove back through the drive thru for a refund and told me to go up front because he has customers behind me. I respectfully told him no, and waited for my return.

Visited drive thru for lunch. Got the 4 chicken strip combo with a lemonade. The chicken strips were hot and fresh! The French fries were seasoned well and the lemonade was just right. Not too sweet. The young lady who took my order in the drive thru was super friendly as well. She was patient with me because I had been to Raising Cane’s in over a year and had forgotten the menu. One thing I never eat is the sauce that comes with the meal. Once, years ago, at another location off of 610 near the Heights, I received sauce that was not kept at the right temperature and it made me extremely sick. So much so I had to leave work and go to the doctor to get an injection to stop me from vomiting. I have been hesitant to try Raising Cane’s since that experience, but since I knew it had to have been the sauce, I decided to try the strips, fries, and toast with no sauce.

On a random day, with the simplest of visits, this adolescent crew is a 50/50 roll that any modifications to your order are ACTUALLY performed. Don't substitute anything or add items without checking before you leave. There's really good odds that it's Almost correct, but not quite.The food is still as good as you remember. Canes is Canes, well except the service I guess.
