Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This is absolutely ridiculous. I understand inflation but this 3 finger combo I got was unacceptable. All the chicken fingers were super skinny almost flat, I feel like I was robbed. It seemed like I was getting chicken feathers. It’s disappointing that I spent my hard earned money on this type of quality. You definitely will not be seeing me eat here anymore. Do better Canes on West Rd.

I went through the drive-thru at this Cane’s around 3:06 pm, and my experience was very disappointing. The lady on the intercom was extremely rude, telling me to ‘speak up’ even though I was already speaking loudly and politely. It was frustrating to be treated that way, especially when I was trying to be courteous. The lack of customer service really stood out, and it’s something that needs to be addressed. I expect better from a place like Cane’s

Canes is the best restaurant in Houston. The restaurant is organized, clean, and delicious. The service is very good, I didn't have to wait long. I ordered three chicken strips, fries, a piece of toast, cane sauce, and a dr.pepper. The food was tasty and crispy. I recommend eating the chicken filters with toasted bread and dipping them in the Canes sauce.

Service was good but food was super greasy with old grease.

I would give a 5 star because the food and employees are good. I’m only giving a 4 because they act sooo stingy with the ketchup. I personally am not a fan of the cane sauce and prefer ketchup with my tenders and fries. 1 thing if ketchup is not enough for it. Please give more than a total of 2 ketchups for 2 different order 🙄

Really you guys 😑 came specifically for the toast bc I’m on my way to my workout. I ordered a box combo with no fries extra toast. I got fries and no toast. Very disappointed. Literally the exact opposite. Sadness.
