Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Usually pretty good but my to go order placed on 3/18 @11am was not executed well with this old lettuce. Really wish they would pay attention to how they're putting orders together.

Slow drive thru service at night

I arrived at 11:15pm on March 11 2025. My car was too tall fit into the drive-thru so I walked through the drive-thru area. Spoke to the manager Violet who said she cannot take my order because I'm not in a car. Explained to her that my car is 10 ft high and the limit for the drive-thru is 9 ft. Violet the manager was super unhelpful and not understanding the concept that if I drove through to order I would damage my property and their property too.

Somewhat better than I remember. Fries actually hot and crispy for ONCE

I visited this Raising Cane’s location around 11 p.m last night (2/6/25) and ordered the Three Finger Combo. While the drive-thru attendant was quick to charge me an extra 20 cents for no ice in my lemonade, they didn’t even ensure my order was correct—I only received two chicken fingers instead of three. I got all the way home and didnt even have the energy to return to the store. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time my order has been wrong at this location, and frankly, I won’t be returning. Attention to detail matters, especially when customers are paying for a specific meal.

But for serious, the people there were friendly and service was fast. Parking isn't easy, but that's Houston. At least they have an extra lot

they are not following health protocols, the chicken ordered was green and smelly. It resulted in food poisoning and being hospitalized!! Stay away from here 2/7/25

My partner and I came through the drive-thru at a very busy time, so I wasn’t very surprised when we got the wrong order. We turned around, parked, and went into the store, where we were greeted by Morgan! Morgan was very delightful, helped us immediately, and was very attentive while we waited for our order. She even went the extra mile to get us a drink carrier! Our order was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Food is always amazing. Employees are always on top of everything. The crew tonight had the place looking immaculate and customer service was amazing. Great location we visit frequently.

Chicken was fresh, fries were crispy and the sauce was as good as you’d hope it to be. Service was excellent and very fast. It gets really busy!
