I ordered a 3 finger combo and they forgot my toast

Was there Sunday early afternoon. Woman at register in orange was rude bad tone of voice when I just asked for the receipt. Food was good.

The kids taking order don't listen when you speak. I always have yo asl fir extra crispy on both the chicken and fries or they will be under cooked. Today the girl taking my order was not listening clearly because now I'm back at work and have to eat chicken that is under cooked. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I can't go back to get it fixed.

I ordered my son a kids meal with extra crispy tenders. Meal took 15 mins others after got there food before me. When I got home to check the food the tenders were soggy and not crispy at all. It’s simple just drink the tenders back into the grease for a little longer. Hate when people are lazy for no reason. Now I have to go back out to get him something else cause he does not like them soggy.

Our first time eating at Raising Cane's. The chicken finger combo we ordered was awesome. Chicken was 10 out of 10. The customer service was incredible...friendly and very kind. We needed a great hot meal not having electricity like millions of other Houstonians. We will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional customer service!
Zero experience in customer service, in being polite and not rude.
Stingy management and operation and kitchen, this location they put little bit fries, and their chicken fingers (Box Combo) is literally half chicken finger, so guys you are technically paying for 3 full fingers in shape of 4. They even charge extra for the sauce they give. Some of their staff are weird looking even... Avoid this location! Cane's should take out the Franchise from this owner!

Why do we have to ask for extra crispy, to get crispy? It’s a chicken place that claims to have tasty, crispy chicken, but the chicken served immediately is still not crispy. What gives? Never used to be like this, but somehow it’s every location now. Why? What did you change about the process that you think it’s OK to put out limp chicken? Bring back crispy, or I can’t do it anymore. Peace.

One thing about canes is there a customer service is always on point food is always fresh. Chicken strips are hot crispy fries are always on point I love this

All i have to say service is terrible some of young employees there are super rude with younger girls eating at the restaurant and i will suggest if you daughter have a XV coming out dont send them there with their friends cause they will end up having a terrible time by the young girl they have working there she doesn’t like her school kids to know she work there and they will end up aggravated by this girl she aggravated two girls from her school just cause they saw her working there
