I really like the broth to their spicy ramen. I've tried many and for some reason this one is memorable to me. It's thick, creamy and just hits the spot. The poke bowl isn't bad, the scallops and salmon were yummy! Great experience and we would go back!

The food was good. The last time I went, the service was okay, but this time the server couldn’t have cared less about us. It was disappointing, but the rest of the staff was nice, so maybe we just got unlucky.

Went to another Rakkan location for a quick lunch, and our server Viet was incredibly friendly and understanding. I’d definitely come back again!

Fantastic food. The ramen is flavorful and the noodles are thick with a nice chewy texture. Highly recommend but just be aware the parking lot gets packed really quickly

Great location, friendly greeting and service, fast delivery of entrees, super clean premises; delicious food!
Appetizers were very good - the spicy cucumber was good (perhaps it can be sliced thinner?); crispy and flavorful chicken karaage and the salmon tartare (only wish was that the wontons were just a bit more golden)
Went for the classic Amber ramen; nice broth, hot broth but not mouth burning, love the thin noodles and overall a very good bowl of ramen!
Staff were constantly cleaning tables and chairs, even though it was jam-packed and I liked that.

Very busy place, so be prepared to wait a long time to be seated—even when there are clearly empty tables. The issue isn’t the seating, it’s that there just aren’t enough staff available to help dine-in guests.
I went on a Sunday night and waited over 15 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me. There were open seats, but the signs say you must wait to be seated, so you’re stuck standing in a very narrow, crowded waiting area that’s packed with delivery drivers.
From what I saw, staff were prioritizing delivery and pickup orders while basically ignoring dine-in customers. If you want your food sooner, I honestly recommend ordering for delivery or pickup instead of dining in.
If you don’t mind standing shoulder-to-shoulder in a cramped waiting area for 15+ minutes, you might eventually be seated. If that kind of crowding bothers you, bring a jacket so you can wait outside—but you might lose your spot or get skipped.
I won’t be back for dine-in. There are other ramen places nearby that manage dine-in much better.
PS: Based on previous dine-in visits, double-check your ramen when it arrives. They often miss toppings like green onions or eggs.

I ordered the quartz. It was mildly spicy and tastes rich and umami as it should. I got chicken fried rice to-go. I wasn’t used to the thigh meat not being chopped up and incorporated. It was good though. Nice servers.
i had albert as a server tonight, it was a packed house and he was still very attentive. My table was always cleared and my water was always filled. Food was okay and pricey for the quality but service was great!
