We ordered the vegan bun (which was absolutely amazing), the vegan miso hot ramen (which was great but could have been spicier) and the amber ramen (my husband loved it). Ambience is so nice and our servers, Angie S and Zulmy were so sweet and took complete care of us. Thank you to Angie and Zulmy for an amazin go experience at this restaurant!

If you are looking for some hot ramen as winter comfort food, this place may be a good choice?. Although it is more like an Americanized Japanese restaurant and not quite an authentic Japanese ramen joint, it takes care of people’s ramen craving in uptown area.?? worth mentioning its to-go container’s heating instruction - a small attention to detail feature that makes this restaurant chain stand out among most Ramen restaurants in Houston ?

It's great to have clearly labeled vegan options. All the broths are vegan and just will depend on what is added, so this is a great place for vegans and non-vegans as well. As a vegan, we always get the Spicy Vegan Quartz. They have had a terrific limited special Creamy Truffle Vegan Ramen. I hope this stays on the menu for a long time! Don't forget the edamame! 8
The staff has been great on all my visits. Devyn is a real gem at the front of the house.

We are visiting the Houston area and found this place. We ate here after visiting the Galleria. I had the Quartz, my daughter had the spicy Quartz, and my husband ate the spicy Garnet where he subbed out the pork for chicken. The ramens all have a flavorful broth. The spicy ramens were not too spicy just have a nice kick. We will come back whenever we visit again. Great food!
