Please consider using another catering service. We booked our daughters Quince last year and paid the catering service in full. Due to Covid, the date had to be changed. We ended up paying a date change fee not too long ago and had to cancel with the other venue. We notified Ral’s fine catering, explained the situation and requested a refund. We signed no documentation or any type of contract with a cancellation policy. They informed us we would not get any money back even though they have not even purchased the food for the event. This company kept over $2900 of our money and provided no service or good. Their communication was terrible and when we requested a refund, we received no answer for several days.

Wow! Where do I begin? After my laudable and amazing experience catering my event with Ral's fine catering, I came to the realization that all caterers are "not created equal." Initially it was hard to select my final menu, because Ral's menu is pretty lengthy. To say that I am greatly satisfied with Ral is indeed putting it mildly! My event was after the freeze in Houston, and I was filled with some trepidation, however there was no reason for that. From start to finish, Ral's fine catering did such a fantastic job. Throughout the process it was easy to reach Ral. I could call him on his cell at any time 24/7, and receive an immediate response. The tasting was phenomenal. The food items on the day of my event were very fresh, hot, and delicious. They arrived on time, did an amazing set up, and were very professional and courteous. At the end of it all, I was so happy and immensely satisfied. Many of my guests were so enamored by the food quality, and some have booked Ral's for upcoming events! Thank you Ral! You have a lifelong customer!

I used Ral based on a coworker's recommendation for a work luncheon for 34 people on December 2021. HORRIBLE communication - poor explanation of what he could do and it took him 4 days to respond to my 2 emails and voicemail. Significantly more expensive than other caterers I have used this year. Dour attitude. 17minutes late delivery!! The food was just OK (beef was chewy). I don't know how this guy is still in business. If he couldn't handle my event then he should have said "no" a week ago. Photos show how we requested meals packaged individually due to Covid issues and a close-up of the Beef Bourguignon with wild rice pilaf and green beans which averaged to $22 per meal.

The faculty and students have given many compliments regarding the tastiness of the food! I used Ral’s for a church event and they did an excellent job. I did the Sauté Station & Potato Bar with assorted deserts and it was a huge hit. I watched many of the guests go back through more than once (myself included) to sample all of the meats, and many of them said the food was absolutely delicious. For my event, they had their Chef on hand, who was preparing the food in front of the guests (added bonus). I thought their pricing for the event was reasonable and their food (and table presentation) was outstanding. I will use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to cater an event (large or small).

From the moment I called with my ideas for my company party I received the utmost attention to detail and care. I couldn't have been happier with the service that I received from Ral's Catering. We host a lot of different events and NEVER have I gotten such rave reviews about the taste and flavor of the food. The food was exceptional, the buffet setup was immaculate(loved the fountain), but the customer service is the reason I will continue to use them for both corporate and personal events.

From the tasting at the catering kitchen, to changing our minds about the menu a couple times.When the big day arrived, we were curious to see how everything would actually come together... We went with some passed apps during cocktail hour, the buffet style dinner. We also had open bar all night with two signature cocktails. Once again, Ral’s exceeded expectations and the food was fresh and delicious. Also, the servers and bartenders were friendly.They did such a good job and Chef Ral was so accommodating, I really can't recommend them enough!!!

Ral was super easy to work with. He set up a tasting prior to giving us a quote - his price was reasonable for a 200+ person event. His passion fruit tea is amazing, I definitely recommend that.Our even had to be postponed twice due to COVID-19 but Ral kept us up to date with new confirmations and the event went off without a hitch. We ordered carne asana and chicken fajitas and both were delicious. Ral and his team were super nice and service was great. 5/5

We had our wedding at Iron Manor It was catered by Ral’s catering and it was fabulous. The food was served at perfect temperature and it was delicious. All of our guests loved it. We got the Cajun catfish as well as a fabulous chicken dish. The chicken was cooked perfectly. We also had the potatoes and green beans with bacon which were very good as well. The servers and Chef were so accommodating and so friendly. I would highly recommend Ral’s catering for either your wedding or any other big event that you wish to impress your friends.
