Edit: please ignore the review by Viki W I am 90% sure that bowl isn't even from ramen jin as I can't find any photos of a white bowl with TOKYO on it in ANY photos, not to mention they don't and haven't sold raw fish in the last 3 years? Weird!!! Please eat here !!!! Support local!!!!!

Went the other day and got the eel don, beef don, ramen and takoyaki. Still perfect for me. Can't wait to be back again soon!

Went last night and LOVED my meal. I usually come in for the soy ramen bowl but this time I decided to get the mini eel don and some takoyaki(not pictured)! Loved every bite!

The kiosk makes ordering and getting sat a breeze, I appreciate the photos of each dish included on the kiosk. There seems to be a small team working here so there isn't always someone waiting at the til and for how good it is I'm happy to leave them alone!!!! Food magic being made back there!!

The unagi was so tender and cooked perfectly, melt in your mouth good!!! Shame to admit I've been in the area for so long and haven't taken advantage of eating a warm meal, made with love, all this time!! Kind staff, smooth ordering and seating, quickly delivered food, clean delicious water, and great ambiance! Will be back asap!!!!

Table was sticky. No one was there, and 4 staff standing around. Plenty of time attempt a wipe down. I had the Tonkotsu. The noodle smell sour, and broth was below mediocre. Meat was ok. Will not be back.

Tasty ramen. Lots of options and endless customization, which I really appreciated. Easy order system. Loved the broth! So delicious and fresh. Added extra protein which was a great option.

Spring rolls were very tasty too, and a nice dipping sauce.

Tables could use an upgrade, but the actual food was really quite good and a great value.

the spicy vegetarian ramen was delicious! I inhaled the whole bowl easily!! I appreciated the low key aesthetic of this place - the calm music and ambiance of the lights allowed me to relax into the food and take my time. it was exactly the low key energy I desired. the self-service kiosk works fine although I enjoyed interacting with the nice employees there even more!

the furnishings contribute to the relaxed, small ramen shop atmosphere, only small adjustments would be needed to get to the top potential of this place (better ventilation to limit kitchen/oil smell, some additional decor on walls and cleaning up the one slightly messy corner). but despite all that, I would happily come back and eat here again!!

Vegetarian options: Spicy and regular vegetarian ramen and some vegetarian appetizers also!

Aside from the restaurant itself and the atmosphere, the food honestly wasn’t that great. Don’t get me wrong it’s honestly not bad but I paid almost 40 dollars for 2 people, and we ordered a regular bowl and only added in 1 extra chicken and 1 extra pork on two different bowls.
Drink portions are pretty bad
2 dollars for a can of coke is kind of outrageous in my opinion. Sure, it’s not a fast food place and it doesn’t seem like a huge business but I don’t think it’s really worth the price.
You can’t really comment on costumer service since you order the food yourself through a kiosk, and pay there, you grab your own table number and they bring the food to you without saying a word, so I can’t really comment on that but, regardless. I think the food is a bit pricey, if you’re looking for a nice meal and a place to hang out with your buddies this is alright, don’t expect the food to be anything amazing, I think if it had more flavor variety and the ramen noodles were a bit more cooked it would be better.
Aside from that this place isn’t half bad.

Everything is great from taste to atmosphere. It is a few dollars more compared to my usual, but it's worth every drop. It gets crowded by dinner time so I usually go for lunch or an hour before dinner time. It became my new favorite ramen shop. I used to go to tatsuya but the taste has changed and it's out of the way. Definitely recommend if you like ramen and in the area.
