The drink I asked for was horrible it tasted like water and ice and the lady who made it was so rude when my husband kindly asked her if she could change it because it tasted like water instead of the actual drink. I used to love the drinks here back in 2015 now is just trash. I never leave negative comments but yo at least be nice about it

As a doordasher, I've only picked up here one time and it'll be the last time I pick up here! I walked in to pick up an order I showed him the name on The order they handed me two bags full of stuff for the customer, nowhere for me to sit it down so I can confirm it so I made my way out to my car to set everything down so I can confirm the order so I can go drop it off they come outside yelling you need to do that inside you need to do that inside, how am I supposed to confirm it when there's nowhere to sit it down and my hands are full I understand some doordash are still people's food but I'm not one I was treated very rudely I won't come in as a customer after the way I was treated as a doordash or driver

After about a year of not coming to this place, I decided to try it again today. The customer service was excellent, the cashier that helped me out this morning was very patient and kind. She explained the menu throughly and I will definitely go back if she’s is there any day.

The young girl was very nice but unfortunately that doesn't help with the flavor of our purchase. The chamoyada has little to no flavor it was very watery too. The strawberries and cream weren't so good either. I expected more being that it's so expensive. I would definitely have preferred to go to Flamingo chill you get great flavors and it's 1/2 the price from this menu.
