If I could give 0 stars I would. They require reservations. However even if you make a reservation, they still make you wait in line. They also have a two hour table hold so even if you’re not finished eating and or drinking within that two hours security is at your table asking you to leave. I specifically advised the waitress of how I wanted my lamb chops with a side of grits. They brought me my lamb chops on top of grits with tortilla chips in the grits then they didn’t want to remake the food so I ended up just giving it back. Parking is $40 for across the street but they don’t tell you that they also have another lot across the tracks for only $20. The DJ was lit and the vibe is nice. However I will never be back.

I received an invitation to go to Ratio on a Friday night from a friend who spotted an Instagram ad boasting 75¢ drinks and $2 lamb chops. We arrived around 6 PM.Parking was available with a valet attendant charging $30 for close spots and $20 for slightly farther ones. The $20 parking was literally 5 to 10 spots down. Opting for street parking at $2 saved us the hassle.Upon arrival, there were two lines: one for parties under two and another for groups of three or more. Despite having reservations, we waited about 45 minutes to be seated, noticing larger groups were prioritized. We watched for almost a half hour, groups of three or more being brought in as soon as they stepped into the line while we waited. After the wait, my friend and I were placed at the bar, where we learned about the night's special: $2 lamb chops, BUT THERES A CATCH of purchasing a full-priced drink. The $5 advertised drink special didn't count toward this food requirement. The quality of the drinks varied, I decided for my full price drink I went with the margarita, and that was poured well!Hookah - Pricing was communicated to us at $39 for a hookah, ended up costing $50 due to additional fees, including taxes and a preset gratuity. While the ambiance and Dj were good vibes, it was a bit loud, the service and food were average. The hoops we had to jump through for the specials left a negative impression, especially considering the overall cost surpassed expectations. If seeking a deal, be prepared for hidden costs and extra steps.Ratio may not offer the same customer-centric friendliness and hospitality as other Houston establishments, in my option, with all the hidden fees. Beware of the “specials”.

First off, what a night! I tried to have high hopes of Ratio, but I was quickly disappointed the moment I realized the bad reviews are true! I was with a party of 20 people on April 26, 2024. I understand policy is for 2hrs. My entire party was there for our 10pm reservations at 9:45pm. I specifically asked the waitress (idk her name, but she was wearing white shirt with a slick back bun) if we spend throughout the night, could we extend our table. Her response was "I got y'all, let me clean the table up."We were finally seated at 10:30. It was very spacious inside with good music. We ordered 6 bottles and only got one bottle of juice. I ordered food and it took 45mins to come out and it was cold with hardly any flavor!!!I ALSO ORDERED HOOKAH FOR $50 AND NEVER GOT IT! IT WAS PAID FOR!!!! We were told we had to leave at 12, MIND YOU WE DIDN'T GET SEATED UNTIL 10:30.. How do you have someone make reservations for 2hrs and don't even grant them two full hours? My party wasn't disrespectfully or disruptive, were were so nice that the waitresses actually took shots from our bottle with us. It gave unorganized, unprofessional, impatient, weird, money hungry, ghetto, and rude!!! Never again!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I WOULDN'T EVEN COME HERE FOR BRUNCH.

Y’all are lying under these reviews. The floor was still messed up when I was there Friday night. Y’all have bad security & weird security. Yall also have staff members taking pictures of us, afterwards asking for $20 for the picture they took of us that we did not ask for ? the wait was horrible. We definitely had fun but definitely won’t be coming back
