Ordered delivery on RCs site. Door dash did not deliver my full order so I contacted RCs to make it right, kid answering the phone said there was nothing they could do the rest of my order was still there and I could come get it if I wanted (already paid a delivery fee on my order) and he hung up on me. I called my DD driver back who did not speak any English. RCs says its door dashes fault for not picking up the order, but they have a responsibility to make sure DD picks up the full order especially when we have paid for the food and the delivery fee. Will not order here ever again.

Tonight's visit to RC's was shocking. Food was great as always but witnessed the owner lashing out at an employee really bad over not charging a lady for a drink saying " WE CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING HERE AND DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING AWAY FOR FREE! I don't know if you think you're better than anyone here but you are NOT! He goes on and on drilling this poor employee and humiliated him in front of the entire dining area., I felt horrible for this man.I've heard rumors about the owner treating his employees horrible and ( other things that's not appropriate to say ). Tonight's visit confirmed one of those rumors. No waiter/waitress gets paid enough to be treated like garbage. Despite the food always being good, I'm disgusted to have witnessed this.I have always had really good service from the wait staff but now that I have witnessed this, I do not want to support this establishment anymore. Nothing excuses you for being a horrible human being* EditThis is a very unprofessional response coming from an owner and that's really disappointing.Could've just said" We are drilling down on conduct on our employees and I'm sorry for your poor experience during these frustrating times"But no"Yep that happened, mind your own business and quite spewing it out for the entire public to see "To clear things up, we were sitting at the booth in front of the dining area. No guest should hear you " correcting " bad practice within your staff. What you said and how you addressed this employee was far worse than what the employee did. You show no accountability for your own actions and that's childish. I'm embarrassed for you.

The best pizza in Kingwood. Normally I don't like Detroit style pizza, but it was new on their menu and I absolutely loved it. This may even be the best pizza in the Houston area. Definitely better than gypsy poets or whatever that barstool guy rated.
We have been hearing about this Kingwood pizzeria for decades and we finally had the opportunity to come visit. My daughter tried the gluten free margherita pie and my son and I shared the California pie in the Sicilian crust. My daughter’s palate, which is advanced compared to most teenagers, truly appreciated the tasty and well-made gluten free crust. She also enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients. The star of the show; however, was the Sicilian California pie. This thing was massive and delicious. The dough, a deep dish, was nicely cooked and light. The crust was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were outstanding together, but the highlight was the crust. The kitchen staff did a marvelous job on this pie and I am grateful for their skillful preparation. For its size, this heaven on earth fed us for three more meals. We are so grateful for the opportunity to visit this gem in Kingwood and now we are forever hooked. We are looking forward to trying the other pies this fine establishment has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful for this first timer. Thank you to all for a great meal and experience!
Terrible service. We walked in, only two other families there so not at all busy. We were given a menu, told to sit down, and that someone would wait on us. Waited 10 minute while employees (kids) stood behind the counter and ignored us. Got up to leave, nobody apologized or tried to get us to stay. Won't go back.In response to the comment below (I cannot reply to it), this is NOT what we were told by the staff. We were told we would be waited on. We were a first time customer.

Eesh. This place has tons of 5 star reviews, but I saw no 5 star worthy food.The service was amazing. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind.The food was very mediocre. The garlic knots were nearly inedible and soaked in oil, the marinera had no flavor. The wings were overcooked. The Thai sauce is really good. We were really disappointed after seeing so many good recommendations for this place. It was not worth the price by a long shot.Edit: Not everyone will like your food and that's OK. No need for lengthy responses pointing out how much other people liked the food. It was a miss for us, and was not good. Maybe it was a bad night. The owner's response def turned me off of the place for good.
