Was there 4/23/24, The Kool-aid is some of the best I had. Was reviewing some of the reviews about the wait time and the customer service. If I'm correct this is a family operation the mother took my order and daughter served it. I like the fact they thought enough about the customer to invest in the little remote alert things. Now the food was ok nothing to brag on the Kool-aid is the star

Love their kool-aid & snow cones, that's the only reason we visit, but the service is so freaking slow! In line 20 mins for a snow cone because they take one order at a time. Smh. Take the orders and then make the snow cones, get people out of that Long azz line!
Let me just start by saying, I love the humbleness of this business and the opportunities they provide for the community. The sno cones are bomb and every food item I have gotten is always hot and seasoned. To top it off, my orders are always delivered with a smile. I have always had a pleasant experience when coming to this establishment. Give them a try if you are in the area!

The food here needs a major makeover. I got wings with boudain and cheese. To start, the wings are missing some flavor. It's seasoned with no love to them, just something is missing. The rice is not no boudain, when I opened the box I expected that smell of boudain to hit me but it didn't. I don't know what that rice was, I'm assuming it's a homemade mix, but it needs to be taken off the menu. The restroom details for me after eating this were not pleasant. The inside itself needs a better welcoming experience. It smells old and stuffy on the inside, and to be honest, if I hadn't eaten and wasn't tremendously hungry, I wouldn't eat there as a first choice. You can tell locals come there because it's there. To add, I paid almost $20 for 6 half wings and 2 scoops of rice. The flavor could have made it worth it.
