I have seen two productions here and really loved it. I don’t think that I’ll risk purchasing another ticket however. I recently bought 2 tickets for a two part play (so 4 tickets total) with insurance. I attempted to exchange the tickets online as instructed by their automated phone system, and even followed up with their automated text system (human interaction is never provided as an option) afterwards as I didn’t receive a confirmation email for the exchange.
I did however receive an email reminding me of the show I was going to miss.
I wish I’d had the foresight to screenshot my exchange request. But here is the text I sent, I never got a response. I am so upset to be out this money, I am upset to have never had anyone reach out to me. I am disappointed to have such a bad taste now for something I truly enjoyed.

Lovely finding this gem of a theatre! Spring Awakening was well executed from lights, sound, and cast! Come a bit early to grab a pre-drink before and during intermission.
Great space indeed. I attended spring awaking, and it was top-notch theatre. Incredible use of existing space downtown. I am proud as a native to see a group like this redo and make great use of it.

happened to come across a poster for spring awakening and immediately had to buy tickets since its my favorite musical and is so rarely put on ! i had never heard of this theater but im so glad i decided to come <3 it was such an amazing production and the entire cast and crew was outstanding. seeing spring awakening in this intimate of a setting is such an incredible experience and i would recommend this theater to anyone interested in performing arts❤️
