This place is going down hill fast. The workers weren't. Very professional - arguing about bad tips, who was responsible for tables in front of customers. Additionally, the hostess was wearing a hair bonnet. We were given plastic cups to drink with (I am sure to cut down on dishes) and treated as though we were a bother for asking for more biscuits (because I am sure that meant someone had to more). I would not be surprised if the whole chain closes soon, this is not atypical for Red Lobster in the last few years. Their restaurants are nearly always empty during what should be peak times and the service is mediocre at best.
Visited as a treat for myself. Always look forward to LobsterFest. Food was good overall. Butter wasn't brought out and Caribbean rock lobster was mushy and bitter. Everything else was delicious. Server was attentive and enthusiastic. Biggest complaints are cleanliness of the restrooms and the exterior of restaurant. I am disabled and need to utilize the ramp to get inside. The ramp was absolutely covered in leaves and frankly dangerous to navigate. It was quite an accumulation so not just due to a day or two's worth.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is obstructed and unsafe.

My first time eating at this location. In the beginning everything was cool up until it was time for our waiter to get off. He made us pay our tab earlier and then didn't want to further assist us. So, once we spoke to the manager Marquita she made everything better. She apologized for the horrible experience and personally took care of us. Just because of her making everything better, I will definitely return. She made us feel good like family, not like just a number. 10 stars for her!!!
