I called a day before and we arrived 10 min after our reservation and they were not ready for us. Had to wait over 30 min for get seated and we were a decent group. Food overall was pleasant I do appreciate the chefs cook artistry. Silverware was not clean so i do recommend just asking for disposables. Staff was satisfactory.

I want to leave a big thank you to the team at Red Lobster on hwy 6 in Houston. We were greeted by Kenneth who was so kind and welcoming. He sat us near the bar and our server was Mo. Mo is a pro! You can tell that he’s not new to this server life! He was very busy that day but checked on us often and brought us things without even having to ask. He’s just a joy! We had such great service that we went back the next day and had another great server. I don’t recall his name but he was African American with glasses. We would have been working the evening of 3/12.
And to add; the place was older but very clean which I noticed! Job well done team! We will be back.

On March 6, 2025, my husband and I decided to try out Red Lobster again because of the commercials that were seen on TV (we stopped going years ago because the food has gone downhill). Well, it was a good reminder on why we stopped going. Most of the food was terrible. I got the surf and turf, and hubby got the Lobster Lovers Dream 3. The lobster I got was chewy/ rubbery/ raw, the steak was not great, steak sauce that came with it tasted old and sour, the salad dressing (ranch) tasted like watered down blue cheese mixed w/ ranch. The only thing that was decent were the cheddar biscuits and the baked potato. The reason why I didn't complain is because we should've known better not to go in the first place. Disappointed. After spending $127.66 for 2 people for crappy food, lesson learned and never again. Do not recommend.

I just got my order dropped off, and on 2 of my orders for the shrimp linguine they didn't put the Alfredo sauce and shrimp on my noodles, I live over 40 minutes away and this was a location that I drove by , so I won't be driving back. But how do you forget to put the sauce over the noodles SMH . Then I had to call 3 times ,because I kept getting transferred and hung up on , I'm on hold on the 3rd call now, SMH terrible customer service . I asked who the Manager is after hanging up and calling back for the 4th time and was told the Manager name is Lakita which is the person that put me on hold for 10 minutes, I gave my information to a young lady name Tania or Tia , she said it low because I'm sure she didn't want to give me her ,however I'll be waiting for thr Manager to call me back regarding my refund. I'll never go to order online from this location again .
