I want to leave a big thank you to the team at Red Lobster on hwy 6 in Houston. We were greeted by Kenneth who was so kind and welcoming. He sat us near the bar and our server was Mo. Mo is a pro! You can tell that he’s not new to this server life! He was very busy that day but checked on us often and brought us things without even having to ask. He’s just a joy! We had such great service that we went back the next day and had another great server. I don’t recall his name...

It was the first time in a long time we actually had proper service. Each and every time we go we have horrible service. This time we had the BEST service. Our waitress name was Cristel. She smiled and was very attentive. We told how much we appreciated her service because after a long day who really want horrible service from someone with an attitude problem. Thank you Cristel for your kindness. We will be back because of you.

I placed a to-go order for 16 people very last minute and Marquita, the manager, was so accommodating and helpful. She made great recommendations, went through the orders with me and was able to have everything ready on time. She was kind enough to offer labeling on the food orders with individual’s names, this made our life so easy considering how many orders of food we had. The food was fresh, hot and delicious!
