Although cakes are good, the reviews about the mamon are true. They have mold even before expiration date
I found the halo halo here! Good and fresh!
They don't know how to do writings on their cakes looks like a 1st grader did it.. its overpriced and other items unavailable.. so disappointed 0/5 if I can
Bought 03/30/23 and opened them 03/31/23 and both are moldy
Good stocks of mamon and ensaymada with arrozcaldo and palabok
I told the man at the register I was hungry and he recommended this.. not sure what it was called on the menu. It’s reminds me of egg drop soup but so much better and with notes of garlic and umami. I highly recommend the “rice soup” or whatever this is, it’s hella bomb.
Though I LOVE Red Ribbon it’s reallyUpsetting that I bought some mamon bread and unfortunately 4 out of 6 I bought had mole on them and they weren’t even expired yet. I called a few times and never had luck on someone answering the phone. I would just say, it was my bad luck. I love there bread so I can’t say they aren’t great, because that would only be a lie. I truly enjoy their bread I just wish it would of been visible that there was mole on the bread so I could of bought a different bread instead. It was money thrown in the trash ? unfortunately.
Happy to have Red Ribbon in the area! I had to order and try their halo2 and it's definitely a signature taste and other people from different cultures should try. I also ordered their fresh empanadas and their palabok!!! High quality drive thru food so order now na!!! Ooops.. order your chicken arroz caldo now it’s a treat promise!!!
11/12/2022 at 7:27pm. As I approached the counter to place an order of their food menu, the person behind the cashier said kitchen is closed half an hour before closing. If that was the case, there were no signs saying so. I'm very disappointed.
How are y'all out of empanadas when it's only 12:37 pm on a Saturday?

They need to check their bread regularly, i guess im not the only one here who bought "bread with molds".Another visit: ordered combo meals but the cashier FORGOT to include the cake! Really? How hard is that when im the only customer at that time! You have 1 job and yet messed it up! How can they put an employee getting orders who cannot speak properly.Even tried calling their phone number but theyre not answering! (On a sunday!!) Will never go back to this place again nor recommend to anyone!!!
There is a young lady on the counter who lacks every bit of customer service. She should not be there, it was so awkward ordering. She was very apathetic and just no life serving clients. No greetings, no thank you. No eye contact, no smiles. I think she is troubled with something and is succumbed to her own world.
Yummy cakes , empanadas and arroz caldo

I decided to wait a week before posting my review to see if Red Ribbon’s online customer service would help first.I came here last week 5-20-22 from DFW and bought 2 packs of Mamons to take back with me and the only ones available had 5-21 stickers on them (not sure if it was best-by date or sell-by date) and unfortunately they all expired and grew mold the next day.I tried contacting Red Ribbons online customer service but they never responded. But the Ube Overload cake and the Mocha roll cake were still good though.
