We just move to the neighborhood. First time here and we are very impressed. Clean store, great food and outstanding service our waitress did everything to make this a great experience. We definitely coming back and ask for precious!! The host did great too. I love when staff works as a team

Ok I mean what can I say??? I come here when I want a nice cold Root beer Float...Bottomless might I add!!! This visit was special to me....it is my Birthday Month & they offer Any Burger Any Way you want it for your special day. So yes I go all out for this!!! Wait! Wait! Wait! Let's not forget the bottomless Steak Fries that are seasoned to perfection!!! Thank you Red Robin for your kindness & the staff is always pleasant ?

Very pricy and staff is extremely rude as they tend to ignore you, roll their eyes and even sigh at you asking or wanting to make changes about the menu. The hosts here need to be changed and the managers seem to want to part of it as they see these actions and don't do anything about it, the waiters are alright but walk around on their phones and face masks below their noses. Good food but I'd just go somewhere else coming here was by accident of wanting to try something new however after only one experience I doubt I'll be going back.

The service was horrid. The waitress who brought our food and drinks almost dropped both, she only showed up twice the whole time we where there. The server who took our orders and brought us to our seat wasn't bad, but he wasn't supposed to be our waiter. The inside of the building was so smoke filled it made it difficult to breathe. The food itself was good and was hot when served. The only complaint was the pretzel bites being gross, they were dry and the cheese had a weird texture.
Loved that juicy mushroom burger with fries and onion rings. Friendly staff and manager too. Looking forward to go again.Gonzales School of Languages where you can learn a second language.

We sit in pretty much the same section everytime we go but even though our service has changed we have had great service everytime we have gotten. Servers are attentive and kind, food is always fantastic, womens restroom stalls are a little small, but bathrooms are always clean. Honestly they are a great place to eat one of my mother and I's favorites!

Tried to go out to eat with my family and was told a 30 minute wait, that is absolutely fine and understandable but what isn’t acceptable is telling everyone to wait outside when they have plenty of seating in the lobby that would let people sit more than 6 ft apart, BUT the hostess can have her friends sitting in the lobby area no problem. I will not wait outside with my 3 yr old in the freezing cold! I will never recommend the short pump location in va
