Service was excellent. Waitress was pleasurable. Clean restaurant. Able to have a discussion without loud noises. Food was hot and delicious.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this location. The food was alright and the service was terrible, our waitress was not attentive, the manager did come to our table to deliver our food, he came off like he didn’t care. You’d think “bottomless fries” would mean bottomless unfortunately they did charge us for fries… I would have been more understanding if it was busy but it wasn’t.

Do not let Lisa be your waitress. She will ignore you. Service at this location is becoming worse everytime we come here. Also, they are constantly running out of menu items lately.

Stopped in for dinner as we are in town for an event. The hostess was friendly and ultimately also ended up being our server. While she was kind and relatively attentive, we had to ask for basics like condiments and bottomless fry refills multiple times before they were brought to the table, if at all. The restaurant wasn’t busy, which is why the wait time was especially noticeable for no apparent reason.
I highly suspect that staffing is an issue at this location as the wait times for food were abnormally long for how empty the restaurant was at 7:00pm on a Thursday. Not the fault of the staff, but it’s clear this location is on life support and likely won’t make it another 6 months if our experience is the norm.
Burgers listed as having avocado on them had about a teaspoon total of avocado thinly spread on the bun. Food was as expected for a Red Robin, however, with the experience we had I just can’t see how anyone can justify $20+ per person (entree and fountain drink) plus tip. Start to finish it took about an hour and a half to eat dinner here.
We won’t be back to this location, and if you’re considering stopping by, I’d recommend looking for other options and avoiding this place altogether. It’s just not worth it.

Kaitlyn was one of the worst servers I’ve had going into a restaurant.
Only attended our table once to take our order and never returned, not even to check up or refill any of our drinks, nothing. She must’ve forgotten about her job.
Food was good but not wasting my time there again.
Price is getting ridiculous, I never usually look, but it's getting out of control
They got the food out hot and fresh . They even gave a sundae for my birthday.
Order to go order bacon burger and wings on app.. requested no mayo on burger but there was mayo and the bacon was undercooked didnt realize till we got home.. rest of the food was alright
