Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Kaitlyn was one of the worst servers I’ve had going into a restaurant.
Only attended our table once to take our order and never returned, not even to check up or refill any of our drinks, nothing. She must’ve forgotten about her job.
Food was good but not wasting my time there again.

Price is getting ridiculous, I never usually look, but it's getting out of control

They got the food out hot and fresh . They even gave a sundae for my birthday.

Order to go order bacon burger and wings on app.. requested no mayo on burger but there was mayo and the bacon was undercooked didnt realize till we got home.. rest of the food was alright

Bottomless fries and a good burger. Can't go wrong.

One ranch? 60mls of ranch?? I have garlic fries and chicken. What psychopath eats either of those with ketchup?? I've worked 10 hours. I have no issue paying for ranch. But serve me food how a real person eats.

Food was good, service was good, 50% off kids meals wed nights, Red Robin came to visit, and they had balloon animals and games outside. So nice to feel welcome with a big family. They also have gluten free buns so that's a big plus!

Jordyn was very attentive during our visit.

Jordyn was a great server. She made sure we had all we needed at all times. Also Jordyn was so nice.

They charge $299 for Entertainment Fee,, so I ordered the cheapest burger for $11.99 and 1 beer and end up paying $26.50. The Question is what’s entertaining about unreasonable excessive $299 charge for nothing

Went there on Friday evening. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The table we sat at was a little dirty and sticky no big deal. The food was hat and fresh but wayyyy to salty. I couldn't even eat it. Everyone at the table agreed it was over salted. When we got the check it was over $100 for 2 adults and a child. I couldn't believe it. They charged $16.09 for a hamburger and fries just to put things in perspective. I can Go to playa azul and have a cup of gumbo, fried catfish. 2 fried shrimp. And a crab stuffed jalapeño with fired or rice for $12.95. I can justify a $16 hamburger. Never going back

Took my niece here for her birthday. Our server was Jordyn, She was awesome!! Assisted us with the questions we had on the menu, Came by frequently to check on us if we were needing any refills, She was very attentive. She also let us know that she’s only been working with y’all for two weeks. she is a very quick learner And get five stars across the board from our family. Way to go, Jordyn!!!!

We love to come to Red Robin! It is our Wednesdays family tradition!
