Refuge is an incredible cocktail bar! The drinks are fantastic and the staff is amazing at creating drinks that fit your taste. Julia and April took great care of us and got quite creative with finessing some really unique drinks! 🥕🥃

The bouncer took only handicap space available in this place. Employees will encourage you to park anywhere. Then they will give the tow number to pay. Horrible place. Never will visit again
