Refuge is an absolute blast and the perfect spot for a late night out. The atmosphere is always lively and fun, and the crowd is great. The classiest 'coffee by day & cocktail by night'.. it can do both effortlessly. Very intimate and aesthetic setting, the drinks are always good & the staff is always sweet.
After several disappointing experiences at other craft cocktail bars I was so happy to find Refuge! This is hands down the best craft cocktail bar in Houston. The service and drinks are impeccable and the vibe is on point. Five Stars!
