I really enjoyed my visit! The vibe of the restaurant was relaxed and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I ordered the chicken pho and a Thai tea, both were delicious. The portion size was generous, and the price was very reasonable for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Despite the slightly underwhelming pho bowl at lunch, Resilience Viet Kitchen & Bar more than redeems itself with its standout happy hour, polished atmosphere, and attentive service. It’s an excellent spot for sharing plates and drinks with friends, or even impressing a date with its blend of authenticity and trend-savvy flair. With a few adjustments to portioning during lunch, this restaurant has all the makings of a neighborhood favorite with city-wide appeal.

Drinks, food and service were great, we try the lychee martini and the margarita, spicy narrow, steak and brisket pho, Vietnamese rice, all food was delicious, I recommend this place 💯

I loved this restaurant! From the moment you enter, you’re greeted with friendly staff and the restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated. When the food arrived at our table, my senses are immediately invigorated and my tastebuds were transformed to another dimension! I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be visiting again the next time I visit Houston. I was too busy enjoying the food experience, I didn’t take photos! Apologies!

Such a beautiful restaurant! Service was great, the young lady and gentleman at the front were very attentive. Food was delicious- we had Ban Mi, spring rolls, grilled chicken and rice.

This restaurant has quickly become my go-to for pho and grilled oysters—and it continues to exceed expectations every single time. With a wide variety of menu options and consistently fresh ingredients, it’s a place that turns an ordinary meal into something that feels like a much-needed reset.

The pho is exceptional—comforting, flavorful, and made with care. The combination pho is my favorite: savory, tender meats, fresh herbs, and a clean, rich broth that hits all the right notes.

The oyster offerings are another standout. Both the garlic butter and Rockefeller styles are succulent and exploding with flavor—expertly cooked and beautifully presented. They’re a must-try.

Appetizers also shine here. The shrimp spring rolls are light and refreshing, the firecracker shrimp is packed with flavor without being overly spicy, and the chicken fried dumplings are golden, crispy, and incredibly satisfying.

Service is consistently top-tier. Even during peak lunch hours, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for food. The staff is professional and attentive, and the owner’s hands-on, hospitable approach adds a warm, personal touch to the experience.

Over the past few months, I’ve introduced several friends to this spot—and without fail, they’ve all called it their new favorite hangout. That alone speaks volumes.

There are a lot of Thai restaurants in the area and I’ve tried many of them. Resilience Viet Kitchen is the best. Service was a bit slow but the food was amazing! This is my go to for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend trying this place.

This is the most beautiful Vietnamese restaurant I've ever seen in the US (I've been to a lot in quite a few cities). The broth is excellent, the meats on point. The service was A+++. I can't say enough great things about this place. They have a very nice bar as well. If you love pho, great service, and beautiful dining spaces, then this is the spot for you.
