This place is top notch. We were looking for a different restaurant, but never could find it, so we ended up here. We are so glad we found this restaurant. The food was excellent. We got the Chrunchy Garlic Shrimp and the Black Pepper Steak. It was absolutely delicious, tender and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and super fast. The Ginger Honey tea was good too. We will be making this one of our regulars!

I went there two consecutive days during my office trip to Houston. The food quality was amazing! I tried their Bahn mi, spring rolls, chicken dumplings and the soft shell crab chef's special. The soft shell crab was out of the world! Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I decided to stop by after passing by a few times. I was not disappointed. The place is very nicely decorated and the bar was a nice touch. I ordered the Vermicelli noodles, spring rolls and Shaken Beef. Each place was delicious and seasoned perfectly. I saw a ton of dishes on their menu that caught my attention such as the Spicy Bone Marrow soup. I'll definitely be going back in the near future.

I had an incredible dining experience at Resilience Viet Kitchen & Bar. From the delicious food to the exceptional drinks, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The bartender's creation, the clarifying cherry blossom, was a delightful surprise and added to the already fantastic atmosphere. I can't wait to return the next time I'm in Houston.

We had 4 people in our party. I had the Beef Vermicelli Bowl, generous serving of deliciousness!, for appetizers tried the dshrimp and pork spring rolls, the flavors were amazing on all our plates! Hat tip to the knowledgeable staff. The manager is a very gracious host. We will be back.

Straight to the point, 3 stars for the pricing. Service is always amazing. (Moses, is an amazing server). The food is decent, firecracker shrimp, variation of oysters are good. I'd probably stay away from the bone marrow oyster simply because you can't taste the flavor. Black pepper steak is amazing, the steak is always tender. Prices are more expensive than your normal viet restaurant but the lunch specials usually make up for it. I believe there is a new bartender, safe to say he has some improving to do. Combo Pho, won't disappoint. The loaded fries are legit.
We had a business dinner starting with the Crispy Garlic Shrimp, which is a must have jumbo, plump, juicy shrimp with a crunchy coat. Followed by Beef Rib Pho, the best in town; Rosemary Lamb Chops grilled to perfection; Chicken Vermicelli; and Shaken Beef. Each dish was prepared with quality ingredients and the meats were well marinated, amazingly juicy and tender. These dishes were excellent. I can honestly say they also serve the “worlds best” Ginger Tea! I highly recommend this beautiful, sophisticated restaurant with lovely ambiance. Top service —professional, friendly and efficient. 5/5!!! Try this brilliant restaurant you will not regret it!!!

The Pho and Shaken beef at this place was wonderful. 10/10 I would come again. The fried pork dumplings were great also. The atmosphere was really good and relaxing. The service was very good. The food and atmosphere is great and the service is usually great, but I just spoke to the rudest person on phone to take my order. She rushed through the order and repeated what I ordered but she was speaking so fast I confirmed 2 items and instead of saying yes I have those she said “I already said that.” Since a weird response it was a yes or no question because I obviously didn’t hear her. If people can’t handle simple questions and work around people then they should find a job where they don’t have to interact with people.it community completely ruined my experience and I don’t want to go back or pay for an attitude. There are tons of great Vietnamese restaurants in Houston so I won’t return or pay for bad attitudes!

Ordered a Pho to go, after 15 min a person approached me and asked if I was taken care of and I asked for my to go order, the guy went into the kitchen and I kept waiting. after another 15 min I approached this person and we found the order was on the bar top waiting quietly...
