Decided to try this place because the pictures looked good, it's conveniently located, and we love supporting small business. The actual space is cute, with bright colors and music in the background. That was about the only positive. The menu is very short and non-specific. Ingredients aren't listed off underneath the dish, and there are items available that aren't listed. We had to ask about them and the server was not informative.I was craving breakfast tacos, so ordered 2 potato and egg with fajita. I asked for a side of rice. They put it in the actual taco. The rice was tasteless, the fajita tasted metallic and tough. The tortilla was fine.My partner ordered the relleno. It was made with straight up corn beef hash. ? there were also 2 broken toothpicks in it! Thankfully, he was able to see them and avoid putting them in his mouth.Overall, everything was bland. When we checked out, my TWO (not huge) tacos were $12! My partner's relleno was $13. Definitely not a great value for the money. Add in the broken toothpicks, the lack of information, and lack of taste, and you have insured we will not be coming back. It's a shame, we really wanted to like this place! As a P.S., you may want to bring your own toilet paper with you when you visit, because there was about 1/4 of a single roll in the bathroom. ?Edited to respond to owner:1. I was charged $12 for the tacos. I watched it get rung in. The pricing for the relleno was pretty standard (and yes the price was listed, I wasn't saying it was not), I was just stating the value/ taste of the food did not match the price for either dish.2. If you're going to leave toothpicks in food that's served to a customer, at least make them aware of it so they know to be cautious while eating.3. If you make your picadillo in house, ok. I'm just saying it tasted like canned corned beef hash.

In my wife's words it was great but the restaurant that was there first was better because they treated you like family and had a bigger variety
