I spit it out in the first bite when I went in person to ask for a replacement they shook their heads because I was missing the pint of rice that was a side! The issue was with the meat and I am feeling very sick and nauseous ? because of that one bite I spit out. Food handlers should know better or do they even have food licenses??? Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau now. Do not eat here no wonder there’s. Ever any traffic here!!!! Horrible customer service!

It was a wonderful 1st time experience! The food is really good. The ladies' customer service is welcoming. We ordered a half chicken, chicken quesadilla, and taco combo was great ??! I will definitely go back to visit.
What can I say about this place besides, we are not sure why we tried it when we saw one car in the parking lot but hey we decided to give it a shot. The food is not great at all. Tastes like it was thrown in the microwave to warm up. The worst part of all of this is, we had gotten our menus before, looked at what we wanted, and ordered based off quality and how much the plates were. Come to find out they raised their prices... but NOT ON THEIR MENU. They have two different sets of menu's with two different sets of prices. When we saw our bill and saw the difference, we brought it to the attention of the waitress (who has no customer service skills by the way. We stood at the door for a good while before she looked up from her phone and saw us) and when she talked to the manager, there was absolutely nothing they could do. I said, you realize that this is false advertising saying you have something for this price and it isn't. The manager looked at me like she understood me but did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. So my overall take? Make sure you have the correct menu. At least you won't have to wait for a table!

Basing this review on the 4 piece chicken. Ordered twice, once through Uber eats once for pick up. Chicken was delicious (flavorful and juicy) both times. Charro beans better than refried beans imo and the rice was a hit or miss. The horchata is also delicious!!Will definitely be visiting again.
