The typical enchiladas of my town Rayón SLP, there grouper, only order them with lettuce and tomato. They put cabbage and not tomatoes.

These tortillas have to be in my top 10. Just tried Rio Verde for the first time, picking a few breakfast tacos. Ham/ egg, potato/ chorizo, and bean/egg/cheese. Everything was delicious and the salsa was perfect. Ready for a return trip to try other items.

Met up here for breakfast with family, first time here. My husband and I got huevos ranchero, OMG so good and they give you plenty tortillas. The service was okay it started getting busy so I completely understand. But I definitely recommend.
