Good little sandwich, shop. Kind of like a smaller version of jason's deli. Service is always fast. They're wraps and grain bows are very good and filling. They're hot sandwiches are a little on the smallish size. The food is better than your average fast food restaurant.

Rising TASTE! Sandwiches are definitely different and delicious, fresh ingredients, fresh vegetables and great soup !
Service is a little slow and unorganized but despite that, the food and taste doesn’t change
Coming back to try more of the menu.

They need some elevator music 😅
………coffee bar should be accessible for everyone to prepare.

Never got to try. They are close when I get off work and closed the only days I don't work. What a shame, the food does look good.

Cobb salad is good. Prices are high. At one point they used to have their salad dressings and croutons in individually sealed packages. Now they are in little cups and the croutons in sandwich bags. Seems cheap and croutons in baggies seems gross. Otherwise food and quality is good.

During a visit to Rising Roll Gourmet Cafe at 12140 Greenspoint Dr, Houston, TX 77060, my wife and I encountered a situation that was both disappointing and frustrating. I initially spoke with a gentleman behind the counter, who appeared to be from India, and clearly stated that I wanted the "Pick 2" option for my wife. I specifically asked if the veggie sandwich could be included in this deal. He confirmed that it was possible, so I proceeded to order the veggie sandwich and the tomato basil soup for my wife. After ordering for my wife, I ordered a grain bowl for myself from the same guy and then headed to the counter to pay. The lady at the kiosk, who also seemed to be of Indian descent, didn't know what I had ordered, so I repeated it for her. She didn’t raise any issues at that time, and everything seemed fine until the food was brought out. At this point, she informed me that the veggie sandwich was not included in the "Pick 2" option. When I pointed out that the man who took my order never mentioned this restriction, her response was not only dismissive but also accusatory. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of a mistake, she insisted that there was no way the man could have made an error, even going as far as to imply that I was lying. This blatant refusal to admit a potential oversight, coupled with the man's apparent retreat to avoid addressing the issue, made the entire experience not just unpleasant but also offensive.
It’s important to note that this wasn’t about the additional cost, which we would have gladly paid, had there been any indication of professionalism or courtesy. However, the rudeness and outright denial of what had clearly happened left us with no choice but to ask for a refund and leave. We also made it clear that they had lost customers that day, not because of a pricing issue, but because of the way we were treated. In any good business model, customer satisfaction should come first. Allowing the veggie sandwich as part of the "Pick 2" on this occasion would have been a simple gesture of goodwill and a way to ensure repeat business. Instead, their approach was to deny, deflect, and dismiss, which is a sure way to drive customers away. A little humility and a willingness to make things right can go a long way, but unfortunately, that’s not what we found here. Moreover, this encounter had a profound impact on my wife, who suffers from PTSD. The stressful and confrontational nature of the interaction exacerbated her condition, causing emotional distress. The lack of empathy and the dismissive attitude of the staff not only failed to resolve the situation but also contributed to her heightened anxiety. This experience was more than just a poor customer service incident; it was a distressing episode that negatively affected her well-being. Despite all of this, as we were leaving, the lady had the audacity to tell us to "have a nice day." It felt like being punched in the face and then told you're loved. The irony was not lost on us, and it only added to the frustration of an already unpleasant experience.

So I visited today trying something new ordered steak sandwich. There was a side sauce given. Didn’t like the taste of sauce so I asked if there something different, one of employee offered two other options. So interrupts the person on cash register ( assuming owner or manager). Anyway she explained I could not have any thing different because the sauce was offered as promo. I may would accept that if her delivery was more customer friendly. And the employee already offered to give to me. Plus the sandwich was bland without any choice. Needless to say I won’t be back and all my coworkers to not patronize. She is rude and need to obtain better customer service skills. Totally dissatisfied with service and nasty steak sandwich, meat does like taste meat!

There is a lady that works here who I think is either the owner or manager that needs to learn some respect and basic decency towards others. Looking at other reviews it seems I'm not the first to encounter her. Her attitude was atrocious.

This place popped up on my search for restaurants in the area. I order a Durango chix sandwich. It had delicious marinated chixbreast, guac, bacn, let, tomato. I didn't care much for the Fench Boulle, but the overall sandwich and freshness of the ingredients were top notch.
