Good custard. Got the mango with the ice, but my spouse got toppings with vanilla custard, and I liked his better.
Another Rita’s location with same great frozen custard quality! Most importantly - the custard is not too sweet.

I ordered frozen custard, but what I received was definitely not custard. Real custard has a dense, smooth, creamy texture that sets it apart from regular ice cream or soft serve. What I was served was light, airy, and melted quickly—basically just ice cream passed off as custard. If you’re going to advertise frozen custard, it should actually be custard. Very disappointing.

The Gelati is delicious. We have only encountered friendly service and consistent, delicious treats from here. I appreciate they hire younger staff who seem to be doing a great job.
As a former Philadelphian I truly appreciate finding water ice here in Houston! It’s just as good as it is back home, great way to cool down.

Awesome Italian ices. Custard shake was yummy as well.
It was good but limited flavors available.
They just opened so give them more time to get up to par, but their flavors are a little off & soupy. The Rita’s near downtown is a little better & closer to the water ice you’d expect from a Philly Rita’s or water ice spot. This location will get better with time & experience.
