The Gelati is delicious. We have only encountered friendly service and consistent, delicious treats from here. I appreciate they hire younger staff who seem to be doing a great job.
They just opened so give them more time to get up to par, but their flavors are a little off & soupy. The Rita’s near downtown is a little better & closer to the water ice you’d expect from a Philly Rita’s or water ice spot. This location will get better with time & experience.

The team at Rita's has really improved their portion sizes! I really appreciate a business that values the input of their patrons. Most of the time I use door dash to order, but when I requested to have plain strawberry flavored ice on the menu for the next day, they did exactly that! Also, it should be noted that the speed of service has also improved significantly as well. I am very pleased with this place, and I will continue to order there 2-3...
