Service was amazing, Jasmine took great care of us, but there shouldn’t be a reason why I’m waiting over 40 minutes for my food, I understand it’s restaurant week but still. Management need to work on food timing, me and my group were here way longer than we anticipated so it was very disappointing and such a let down. All the servers were very attentive and kept checking up on us, that was the only good thing about this place! We were just mad and upset that food took longer than what it’s supposed to be! And it wasn’t busy ! Do better management!

Riverhouse Houston is a really great atmosphere. However, I had the worst margarita in a plastic cup and it was 15$. Blah. They were also out of most of their wine list. I would recommend this for a lunch but not for an evening with drinks unless you like canned beer.

We came hoping to try the HRW lunch menu, but were told that since we were with a large group, we couldn’t order from it. Nowhere on the menu or website does it say this restriction applies, which was very disappointing. Because of that, I decided not to order anything, just meals for the kids.
Service was also a letdown. Refills on drinks took a long time, and when more of our group arrived, no one came by to take their orders. My sister-in-law actually had to move to a different table just to get waited on.
The views are nice and portions are generous, but the overall experience was lacking. Service was slow, the rules about the HRW menu weren’t clear, and to top it off, there were flies everywhere.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and view of downtown. Service was friendly, but the time from ordering drinks to receiving them was VERY slow every time. Food was delivered in a much more timely fashion. Wish beer and cocktails were served in glasses not plastic cups - maybe have glass inside and plastic outside? All of us enjoyed our food and will be back to try more items on the menu. You have to be careful to only attend happy hour on days you like what they’re offering - I really wish more variety was available each day because we don’t drink things offered some of the days. Parking free and plentiful.

An awesome spot for patio dining with a great view! Menu is mostly handhelds and salads, but they do have possibly the best wings I've ever had. Great spot to watch a game (big LED screen outside, TV's inside). And then theres a whole golf course as well. Fyi the entrance is a little hard to find, but well worth it!
